I'm an avid thrifter and have shopped many a thrift store, mostly Goodwill. Moved here and was looking forward to shopping at this Goodwill. It's one of the worst I've been to. Not the worst, but close. Very boring. Lots of clothes but surprisingly not many worth buying Considering the location I was expecting better. Hardly any home decor. Just a bunch of appliances. Staff very unfriendly. Yeah I'll try again until I find better hopefully. read more

Horrible service. We drove an hour to come look, get here and look about 20 minutes and they are no where to be found when someone wanted to check out, and they turn the lights out on you right at 6 on the dot. I've never seen a goodwill that closes so early on a WEEKEND. Also it's hard to search for clothes, bc they are just thrown where ever. You might have an XS next to a 2x. Wasn't very clean either. read more

I love this goodwill management and workers. I purchase from this GW at least every other week. I live in Fayetteville and usually purchase at the ones there, but unfortunately I cannot say they are five star. Today is Thursday, March 14 at 2:03. The store was quite busy but workers were stocking the shelves and racks in great spirits and a greeting smile. When the manager came out she greeted customers just as she should. The store itself is ok. This review is about the workers at the register and another female worker. I wish I knew they're names but I didn't get them. I was shopping near closing time and a person came to pick the worker up. This person parked near my husband and son who were outside waiting for me to check out. I have a 3 yr old son that is delayed/autistic. The car beside had a dog in it that barked and my son was excited about it and started barking. My husband started playing with my son by making barking noises too. He was encouraging my nonverbal son to make sounds. The group of workers and friend were complaining to each other about the man with the kid in front of customers about it. She did not know they were with me. It was hurtful since Goodwill is supposed to be a place that helps others that these people would talk about a 3 yr old barking as if was disgusting. Also, my husband and son were not barking at the dog to provoke it to bark as some people do. This happened a little while back and hopefully these people don't work there anymore. I have not been back since. read more

This Goodwill, this Goodwill! The items are some of the best I've seen. And I'm sure to visit the Goodwills wherever I go. I have found some amazing items here. The staff however makes my experience absolutely horrible. I have two staff members in mind- I'm terrible with names but I will make note and add to this the next time I go. When I leave the Goodwill in Aberdeen, I'm too sad to feel any excitement for the treasures I've found. The clerks that have always been there to check me out have been so mean. Just mean. And hateful. Many, many horror stories. Beware of the mean workers! And happy treasure hunting! read more

Above average, well organized. Cash/check only. They don't accept checks from Fort Sill National Bank or Woodforest National Bank. It's pretty busy, probably because it's near a Walmart, but you can find great deals. The cash register situation can be improved because we seemingly keep on hitting cash register changeover which can result in an additional 5 minute wait as one cash register closes and the other one opens. I can't help but think that they should stagger the open/close. Plus, if there are more than 5 folks waiting, maybe it'd be nice if the other cashier just stayed open? read more

This thrift store is awful. The employees are all treated like criminals by management so treat customers like trash. They don't take credit/debit cards, just cash or check. Their check process is so antiquated that it takes a long, humiliating check out time. I personally believe they refuse to take cards because it's easier for management to hide cash transactions. Their merchandising skills lack. Their books are hard to find because the shelves they use are 3xs deeper than they need to be. For the price of one cash transaction they could fix it. The clothes are so tight you can't find anything. They don't post their prices for all to see. This thrift store stays busy because there aren't any others. I wish we had options. This store has been poor from day one because there is no competition. Not all goodwill stores are this deplorable toward their community, but this one only cares about lining their pockets with your cash! read more
