I've been going to goodwill for years and just more and more it's a money maker for them and then some . I understand where the money goes but they sell items on eBay and they are making more than enough when items are donated to them. I just see the prices more and more just sky rocketing. I think twice now to donate to them. I rather just drop my treasures off value village. I went today and I saw a craftsman tool box used for the price of a new one, A lot of items are like this. They don't open till 10 am so they need to update their hours. Very annoying to show up earlier. On google maps and the apple maps it stills is 8 am. Also the fitting rooms have been closed for such a long time. Very annoying as you can only make returns for store credit. read more

Friday the 5th and Goodwill closes at 8pm. They announce that the fitting rooms are closed so i hurry over to try on ONE pair of shorts and fitting room attendant tells me i can't. She points to the Manager on duty, Jessica, and tells me to ask her even though she warns me "she won't let you either" I go to Jessica and ask her if i can please try on my one item, I'll be quick. It's 7:37pm. "She says "fitting rooms are closed" very definitely. So rude. No customer service!!!! read more

I feel disgusted with myself for have even rating this one star. This particular worker Raquel was a horrible employee. Not only did she have a "know-it-all" attitude but she was truly disrespectful. The managers need to crack down on their employees to help them understand that the customers are the only reason this establishment is open today. read more

I normally stop in here to find my retro games or old thrift shops around the area! They normally don't have much out on display and also noticed some donated games are priced higher than what us collectors are willing to fork over. As an old gamer myself for the past 2 decades or so, I'm trying to build a nice retro gaming collection for my children. I grew up playing the old school 8-bit NES console systems all the way to our current Gen systems. Its really nice to look back as see the evolution of technology in gaming! read more

I used to shop here all the time a few years ago, and it was great! great selecction, great prices, perfection. flash forward to a few weeks ago after I had just moved back to the area and I walked into the store, took one look and walked right out. they had turned it into the same layout as the goodwill in seattle. bins upon bins of clothes everywhere with no hint of organization at all and I gave up before I even started. Its hard enough as it is to find things that are my size that I like in thrift shops but like that? impossible and I didnt have the 3-4 hours needed to play scavenger hunt with these people. no. just no. read more

This is the best Goodwill in Tri-Cities. So far it is relatively clean and organized. There is ample parking, and the staff has been friendly when we have interacted. I wish they didn't ship out so much of their glass/collectible stuff to be sold online, though (this goes for all stores, not just the one in Pasco and is not a part of my review), it's kind of a killjoy. read more

This is our favorite Goodwill store in the Tri-Cities area. This store has plenty of off-street parking and the store is laid out well, roomy with plenty of space to walk and push a cart through. The prices are pretty decent and the clothing selection is very good here. There are many racks of clothing to look through and it's pretty well organized. They have a large selection of shoes also. The only selections that are lacking are toys, crafts and office supplies. Sometimes the line can take a while to get through also. Otherwise, this store is excellent. read more
