I checked in 1 hr before my 3pm appointment and was advised about 1.5hr, if someone's late for their appointment they will just slot me in. Right at 3:30 I did get my call to pick up my keys. Here is the tragic moment, I was 3rd or 4th in line to pick up my keys...and it took 35min for me to get to the service desk, behind me was a queue of 8-10 people. For some reason they only had two people assisting customers and the two people were running every customer in order that they arrive except if you had an appointment to drop off you could skip the queue. I hope this location considers changing up priorities, maybe dedicating one person to do the appointment sign up and tire purchase, while the other person is for intake and outgoing customers who simply need to drop off keys or pick up. Then second person can step in and do transactions if no queue. Overall there seems to be a lack of team work behind the counter. My struggle was the time and my senior parent was with me- I would have left my senior parent sitting in the food service area if we knew it would take SO LONG. As a bonus, the shop does note the tread condition for the tires they remove and store in your car so you know how it is and when you need to change it. I got brand new summer tires on May 2, they were able to pull my winter tires off, pull the rim from my summer in my trunk and load it up, balance and the works- and load my winters in- so basically a tire change with my purchase. It's appreciated. My experience may have been also associated with a Saturday visit- I guess if I went on a weekday during business hours my experience might be very different.

I am still so embarrassed because I reacted towards the check out woman. The cashier told me to fill up my bag because my cart was full. My husband was pushing the cart and had the receipt. He was walking slower than me and I forgot to stop . She yelled and demanded I come back! Then demanded I move stuff in my bag so she could check it. She could have moved it but demanded I do it. It was heavy ! I only had two hands. Like I was a thief. (Big scene) Spent almost $500.00. To spend money on a membership card to have the privilege to shop there, I am not sure I will renew my card membership, when it is time to renew. Never encountered such an upsetting exit before. Yes she has a job to do but that was beyond rude. Otherwise have never had a problem at the Guelph outlet.

It's a pretty large building, with a lot of booths of antiques, each with their own little specialties. We saw a dazzling array of things, everything from comic books to estate jewelry, to vintage oil cans. Lots of furniture on display. Some hand crafts, but not too many, mostly Mennonite quilts. I could have probably spent an entire day in this place, and there were times when Lee was poring over some of the booths as well. There's a central area for payment, and people there were nice and friendly. It was like going through a little museum in a way. I'd definitely give this place a visit if you're eating lunch or dinner here.

Since this pandemic, my shopping habits have changed. Now that most major department stores have…read morereopened, I don't have a huge desire to step into one. However, when I haven't seen two friends in over a year and we see a Winners across the street, we must go! This store is in a plaza with plenty of parking. We all parked and walked in. There is hand sanitizer available when you first walk in. A staff member is there to answer any questions that you may have. This Winners has an excellent selection of Kipling purses. It had both the original gorilla and the new metal gorilla purse styles. I found a small lilac one that's great for running quick errands. I already have it in black. It's lilac. I love it. By default, I must have it. One of my friends didn't buy anything. I probably distracted her when we were constantly chatting and browsing. Our other friend did a lot of damage at this store, which were mainly items for her cat. She got a scratching post for her cat, for instance. The post had a little ball in various colours. She asked us which colour we should go for. I said pink. The pop of colour was cheerful. She took my suggestion. Yay! See, I can be influential! I ended up also getting a bag of candy. That's how I roll. It's either candy, snacks, or tea. I'm consistent. The lineup to pay was rather long on a Saturday afternoon. It did move nicely by the time I was done browsing all the mugs, potato chips, and travel accessories. The only thing that I didn't see were cell phone accessories. They weren't where I thought they would be. Perhaps I missed them. It just means that I need to return and hopefully not get another Kipling bag! There's lot of Plexiglass in the cashier area. I had a nice older woman helping me cash out. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was done. I liked shopping at this store. I was wearing hiking shoes and sat in the chair she picked out one that I tried on a carpeted surface. I thought it was sturdy enough and the tag said it was $139 which I thought was a steal. There was a mesh chair that interested me more but passed on the $300 price tag. Too good to be true, I bought it anyway. I noticed in the store the lever for locking the tilt and height adjustment was installed on the left side of the chair. So when I got it home I naturally slid out since I was on a wood floor and at that point it I realized it was installed backwards and the handle should have been on the right. Next day I took the screws out, moved the lever to the right and I could suddenly sit down in it without falling out of it. Besides throwing it in my suv, I did little to assemble this thing. These items are final sale, so make sure you have assessed the value of the floor models some designer returned before walking out with something you with you never bought.

I had no problem finding a spot. As with many Winners stores, there are displays when you first walk into them. I was pleased to enter this one, as it was -30°C outside with the windchill. I found a number of decent items. I got a bottle of OPI base coat and a pair of cozy pajama bottoms. The best part about shopping at Winners is that it has large shoe sizes for folks like me. I found a pair of Vans moccasin hi-top suede sneakers for $18. It originally was going for $50 and got reduced three times before I found them, tried them on, and said that they were meant to be. The store wasn't busy. There was one customer at the checkout before I went up there. The woman was friendly and cheerful. I love this Winners. I'm glad I finally visited it! (15)

Beware of this place! I bought a bin shelving unit from K&K…read morein Wellesley. When I brought it home, it was missing pieces, but when I tried to return it, they have a strict no return policy. Apparently I was supposed to have opened it and checked if it had all the parts before leaving the store, but the cashier never told me that. Be careful if you speak with Kailey as well. She's very condescending when she speaks. The other girl that tried to help was quite nice though. I won't come here again. I'd rather pay a little more and deal with better customer service and ensure a product that works.

I got many 1L boxes of almond beverage both times. The beverage is unsweetened and goes for $1.50 each, which is dirt cheap! Today, I got two pairs of jeans. They go for $10 a pair. There was a 25% discount on clothes today, so it was ridiculous to get a decent pair for $7.50 each. I also got a rain jacket going for $25 before the discount. This recommendation came from my boyfriend, who loves this store. I do, too. It does get crowded. There are two lines for payment. The one on the left is for credit cards and debit.
