First time in the store. Very chaotic things are thrown all over, not very clean. Several of the Employees we're just outright nasty! I stood in line one line three cashiers. The girl said next in line paying by credit card, mind you I was third in line. No one in front of me moved I waited, they said again next in line paying by credit card. I stepped out of line and the woman in front of me woke up and said oh yeah paying my credit card and stepped in front of. So instead of getting back in I stood there. They called next in line and I would have been next in line even if I did not step out. The one cashier would not take me and told I cut in line in front of all the people. I went back to the cashier who was handling credit cards and now the third employee who accused me of cutting all these people and was not going to wait in me. I explained the situation and she pretty much called me a liar. I said well that woman who is coming up to the register was right behind me so I am next. The woman yelled very the register that I was standing right in front of her and I did not cut the line. Then I thought I was doing good and handed the cashier an empty cd case. The cashier looked at it and looked at me and asked if I still wanted to buy it. I told her no and I thought you might want to be aware of it. She took it threw it behind the counter and shrugged. Guess I'll find a new place to donate and I donate a lot of goods. Sure won't shop again! read more

Big goodwill store. I look for vinyl records so this review is based on that. They had allot of records. Not organized at all and lots of records missing from the jackets. Allot!! This means theft and/ or no one is organizing or even looking at them from an employee point of view. The records were in various baskets, boxes, containers and scattered on shelves. Most of the records were in terrible condition and there was really nothing different then u would find in the junk bins in any thrift shop. Ugh. Terrible. Not a great place if u collect vinyl. I go to goodwill stores in Florida and almost every time find good stuff do this was surprising being that they had so much but nothing worthwhile even for a dollar. read more

As my first time thrifting at a Goodwill, I'd say it was a success! The store was clean and pretty neat. All the clothes were organized by type and put in the right place. There are some pretty prestige brands, as I spotted Banana Republic, Talbots, even Burberry! I ended up thrifting pieces with premium materials like 100% silk and merino wool for under $10... crazy!! All the clothes I saw were in good condition with no/minimal stains or pulls. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back for more :) read more

highly disappionted in this places greed.. literally mens ,womans kids tshirts are anywhere from 2.49 as much as 7.49 for used,they say there helping people,no there only making the big wigs rich..i remmeber before covid mens tshirts were 1.99 or less same with kids,womans tshirts they were always higher then mens,for a place to recieves stuff for freeeeeeeee you would get more customers if prices were fair,like 6 years ago tshirts were 99cents, and some household items and glasses were excessively overpriced as well.. i dont understand why you would raise prices when america is falling part due to our president,inflation has hurt all of us poor people and people scraping by and we counted on goodwill to be fair and instead this company is no better then the crooks on the other corner.i dont ever see myself coming here,i rather wait until flea markets open up and sellers sell clothing 80% less then this place..so sad and kinda pathetic that place gets 100% free items and rips every single person off..they the leaders needs to do some soul searching.. read more
