Prices are VERY high. All jeans $11, all shirts, no less than $5. The manager is cold and unyielding. Goodwill is supposed to give those less fortunate a chance at having something decent. This goodwill prices items higher than Ebay. You might as well buy from a reseller or antique store.....at least you're supporting someone who did work to find, buy, clean, and rent a booth or use a resell sight. As we live in Albuquerque now it's been a while since I have been to such a big and well maintained goodwill. Prices were up and down as usual but I sound some good prices for some extra clothes I needed during our visit to Pagosa. They have a lot of merchandise especially clothing. Will definitely go back. read more

Ridiculous prices for donated items! The Humane Society had better variety, service and great prices! Thrift stores are for charity- for the needy and for those poor customers that must rely on used items for their wardrobe. read more

We stopped here on our way out of town and I was so glad we did. Nice and spacious, well organized, and decent prices. I am so over thrift stores and their outrageous prices but this was like the good ol' days. I had fun looking for treasures (and I actually found some!), and I will definitely be back! The prices are outrageous for most of the items in this store. Clothing has stains and rips. They clearly don't sort very well. There are better resale shops in town. read more

I went to donate, just as a heads up I posted a picture of their new donation hours right now. I love the Goodwill, nothing like wearing LuluLemon pants and a sweatshirt from a state you've never been with a last name that's not yours. This one is nice and fast. The drive thru drop off that's covered is a nice touch as well. read more

They have an enormous selection here and I've purchased so many great finds that wouldn't be found in any other retail store! I come here whenever I get the chance. Prices aren't too low, but aren't too high either. They have sales often, I just wish they would change the sales they have for each color tag more often. This location can definitely get busy! I prefer coming in the morning in between 9:30-10am. :) Clean bathrooms and spacious changing rooms. Great clothing selection for anyone, including shoes, and a medium sized home decor selection. read more

I live down the street from Goodwill so I'm very familiar on the traffic that comes in and out of the store. This morning I had the pleasure to meet Paul, Franklin, and Quincy who were extremely pleasant to talk with about my donations. They were quick to ask about any in the backseat of my car because of my 18 year old chihuahua whose blind. I told them no but it's in my trunk and just fast as drove in I was ready to leave. I do appreciate their courtesy and respect that gave me as I drove away! read more

I wanted to donate two recliners to the Rainbow location, they didn't have any more room. So I called the Durango location and spoke to Paul he told me to come on over. When we got there he had remembered me and he was very nice and friendly. The customer service was so good, this is now my go to location. read more

Always clean store compared to other stores visited in New Mexico and Arizona. Friendly helpful service in the store and donation side.I wished all Goodwill stores were this friendly and clean. The restrooms are top-notch. Their CEOs would be mortified at the condition at the Gallup NM store. It's locked and you have to ask for someone to unlock it. When you get in, no tissue and no soap. Disgusting. So I'm appreciative of the Goodwill Durango store for it's cleanliness! read more

Okay, yah, I know what my name is but thought others could use a heads after I drove 45 miles to donate. Tried to donate a used square end table today with a few scratches on top. Was told they don't take scratched items. I have donated many times before with no complaints other than they don't want many books. Won't bother bringing anything here again; will donate to smaller thrift stores near me. read more
