Get rid of their new manager Norma that prices things lower for 5 ladies that are her friends or even kin. She holds and keeps things for them. They are a group of resellers. I have witness her marking thing exceptionally cheap and bringing only out when they are there. She makes all other customers take what left after she gives them the fun things to find. Antiques! I heard other ladies complaining to other employees about the same group. Goodwill on basswood and on Rufe Snow don't treat anyone better than anyone else. They both have super nice employees. Clean and organized. Good selection of obviously used but some new items as well. Their drive through drop off is quick and easy. Beware their fitting rooms close half an hour before the store closes. read more

Kids clothing is over priced but people are very nice and everything is clean. The drop off area is usually pretty quick too.

I tried to donate at the Roanoke store today the 24th of April They explained that they were full and directed me to the Supercenter in Keller So 20 minutes later we pull up to drop off an assortment of items That young man in his mid 20s was working the drop off area I didn't get his name but assume his last name is No As every item we tried to leave He just said No I finally got Mr No to Take a golf bag storage rack estimated value of 3-400 dollars Mr No didn't know what it was Oh he Mr No did take the 2 fishing poles Everything else we brought back Stainless Steel Recycling bins Office chair plastic floor cover Numerous floor mats -- all clean Maybe you could put up a big sign telling us what you do take as today nothing fit this charitable donation hotspot read more

I popped into this store for a visit, heard wonderful things about it from the locals, biggest regret of my life. Well for starters, this place is run by fucking jokes for people. Firstly, prices have gone EXTREMELY HIGH for a THRIFT STORE. How you gonna make prices of people's used items so freaking high?! Not to mention, I had the dishonor of meeting an employee called Viktor, he's seems to not wanna do ANYTHING that he's hired to do, HE'S EXTREMELY LAZY AND A SLACKER, WHO ARE Y'ALL HIRING NOW A DAYS? Not to mention, he has made me VERY uncomfortable by his attitude towards his fellow coworkers towards other customers, and his clear disregard for his own job. It's ridiculous that you people don't actually hire DECENT HUMAN BEINGS and raised prices TO RIDICULOUS PRICES! I love this goodwill so much everyone there is always so welcoming, it's my go to location for sure.

I recently moved into a home in which the prior owner had left most of the furniture, clothes and kitchen item. Most of the items were gently used to brand new, I don't donate trash. Every time I showed up with a carload of items,if there was an elderly man unloading, he found a reason to complain, told me items could not be dropped off (unopened bag of kitty litter) and item was too big to be removed from the car. Inside the place is clean and has lots of items. read more

The store itself is nice I just hate coming to this location when these two younger white women with short hair are working. Very passive aggressive and judge mental mean girls who cannot stop staring and giving people mean looks. I have 2 different friends who have had the same experience with them. There is a young African gentleman who is very kind and gave my kids a bag of candy when they didn't have a quarter for the machine. It made their day. The two other employees women who were heavy set kept getting into it with each other. I could tell their relationship was tense and I don't think that's even healthy to display in front of shoppers. Found out last minute that my daughter needs a college team hoodie for tomorrow. Knowing they close at 7 we got kids in car and flew as fast as we could to get here, telling the kids we'd have to be super quick because we had to be out by 7. Got here at 6:50. Doors locked. Cameron met us at door and said they're closing so we couldn't come in. We told him we know they close at 7 & we'd be really quick. He argued that it's close to 7 and they're closing up. Ummmm... But it's not 7. We asked for manager, it's Cameron. So he argued with us some more. Finally he stepped back from the door and said, "ok you can come in if you want, all you had to do was ask nicely jeez!" Excuse me? We weren't ugly about it, and... We had to ask nicely? What is that about? So AFTER he wasted 5 of our precious 10 minutes they announced overhead they're closing and before we even had a chance to take a step toward leaving a different employee approached me telling me we had to go. We were literally turning to leave as they made the announcement. It was completely unnecessary. Good luck Cameron, you've got a lot to learn. read more

There is a woman that works there, her name is Connie? I couldn't understand her on the phone. Raspy voice, sounds a bit older. Anyhow, I was changing in the middle stall because someone had blocked the first stall, (I thought someone blocked it off to clean), and I wasn't going to take the larger stall because it's for handicap, so I took the middle stall. I brought in 7 shirts, not knowing there was a 5 item maximum. I just never knew, I've never bought more than a couple items at a time, i didn't think it was a big deal. While I'm changing, the other two stalls around me got filled with other customers and while we were changing, "Connie", was hollering saying "don't trash the changing rooms, I will trash your homes if you leave mine a mess, I JUST cleaned. If you don't want any clothing put it on the hanger outside the doors. And like the guy in the middle, (talking about me to the 3 of us changing in the stalls), he's been in there for SO long, there is a limit of 5 items, I don't know what HES DOING IN THERE..). I was sending pictures to friends to give me confirmation if I should buy the shirts I was trying on. I felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable. I said I was sorry because I didn't know there was a maximum number of clothing allowed. Her tone and word choice felt like she was accusing me of stealing or doing something I shouldn't be doing. I called back to talk to her after I left because I had no idea what was going on with her. I apologized for taking in 7 shirts and as I tried to mention how uncomfortable I felt, she said I didn't have to apologize and that she'll have something for me whenever I stopped by again. I don't know, I tried to see where she was coming from but being singled out in the midst of strangers shopping around me made me so uncomfortable. read more

I wanted to say good things for my first visit here but sadly I can't. The store smelled so bad that I didn't stay too long. A lot of the items, especially the children's toys were not cleaned, and just looked so bad. I will not be going back here. read more

Do not go to this Goodwill thrift store on Golden Triangle. Employees are very rude,get in your way when trying to look at the item you are about to buy and the employees act like they don't want to be there. I defently will not be going back I will spend my money somewhere else read more

Sometimes you can find great stuff! We have gotten some of our most loved items here, and like stopping by to glance around for any hidden gems. Prices are typically very good, and there is a great flow of new items coming in. For the most part the employees are kind but not always helpful. Sometimes there will be an employee who is obnoxious and unnecessary and doesn't make the experience fun but most of the time everybody is good. Overall like this place a lot and would recommend it to thrifters who like supporting a good organization and finding unexpected treasures at a good price. read more

Customer service was amazing until DAAR was insulting and rude to the person ahead of me in line then when I paid by a different cashier he insisted I come back and pay when I already did....he's always been so rude every time I come in. I love this store, the staff is great but the prices on clothing is outrageous. I can pick up higher quality brands and for the same price or less, just a few miles away at the Goodwill boutique. They seriously need to drop prices. read more

The store is well kept at the clean ,However since the store opened about 3 years ago , prices has gone up like a bull market , not sure at time the item used are priced at a brand new price at the local store, Walmart, Target, ETC. Hope the management can rethink there pricing policy. Most staff are quit courteous. Few are very impersonal. read more
