I had to return some shoes I had bought here, for returns you have a week, and just get store credit. My mother got an awesome floor length teal puffer coat with faux fur collar. 10$. I got a few things too, two pairs of mittens (priciest thing I bought but, homemade and a fundraiser for their church youth group.) I also got some leg warmers, cause why not. And a long sleeve t-shirt. Stocking up on the winter wear, lol

It's been critical for us to clear out things we no longer need (or things that we never needed but were bequeath to us)! And of course we found Treasurer After Treasurer there, From kitchen tools... to blankets...to shoes...to jigsaw puzzles... small furniture items... The prices are beyond reasonable, and it feels good to know the money is going to a great cause. It's just fun to go here and look around, even if you aren't looking for anything in particular, because there's always something that you can't live without! Prices are VERY high--often at or even above retail for many items, which defeats the purpose of shopping secondhand. You're better off buying brand new in some cases. The selection of quality items is meager, with most of the inventory being either outdated, worn, or simply overpriced for the condition it's in. It feels more like a boutique trying to cash in on the thrift trend than a store genuinely serving the community with affordable options. They just "lost" a very nice Coach purse. The store is under new ownership and the new owner moved the desk to the back of the store, where she couldn't see shoplifting even if she wanted to! Ideal of a thief, especially when the store openly says they aren't responsible for anything lost or stolen. Next time I will just donate to Women's Resource Center.
