no value or quality at all going here. for my 2015 ford escape they said my spark plugs needed replaced (which I paid over 200 dollars for and said I needed an echo boost too. That's all they did and it took like 2 hrs! this clearly wasn't the issue when I took it to a completely different place and they told me a whole new engine needed replaced (after the engine had more issues than good year seemed to tell me) which would be 12 grand+. even the receptionist (way too chatty)said to me "do not ask me anything cuz I never know anything what is going on. Then why are you even working here, bro? good year next time hire ppl who actually know s***. it's all about money to them, don't come here!!!! read more

Bought tires and have had them rotated there also. Very good service. Highly recommend their products and service.

I was not happy with the customer service I got at all. I have been looking for 4 new tires so I went to get some prices and to see what they as far as good tires for my car, well I was told what kind of tire I was gonna buy after I had told the employee I was interested in a different tire. So I never was given an estimate for any other tire than the 1 they told me I was buying. It my money I'll buy what tire I won't unless they wanna pay for it then they can pick the tire out. They never even checked my car to see if I needed all 4 new after I asked them twice. The guy that sit at the counter barking orders and telling u what ur money is gonna buy is rude and seem like ur am inconvenience even being there let alone to ask questions. Have used this place for all my mechanical needs in the past but something has changed and not for the better. Had an appointment to get my brakes looked at this morning. Arrived on time, no one was at the desk but a minute later 2 employees walk in, look at me, and walk on by. I stand there for 7 minutes, waiting to at least be acknowledged as one of the employees keeps looking yet never speaks to me. Finally, they both come out of a little office and ask what I want. By this time I have decided to leave as I already know what the service is going to be like. I tell them I had an appointment but have decided not to keep it since I have been ignored. I made an appointment for an oil change only. Waited 30 minutes and my vehicle still hadn't been pulled in. Asked how much longer and was told 10 to 15 minutes before they pull it in. Why schedule an appointment if I have to wait 45 minutes. read more

I used to love the service here and I paid for tire rotation. I can never get my vehicle in and I brought in for a nail in my tire and they say well we can do it tomorrow. I have always loved this Goodyear but the auto tech (heavy set guy that looks like Santa Claus) wanted to charge me $300 to fix my window when Toyota did it for less than $100. We blew a tire on our Airstream in Wyoming, which totally destroyed the tire and ruined the rim. I waited until we got close to family in Central Illinois to get the tire replaced. Tim Richey, Customer Advisor, took great care of us! Even though all that was left of the tire was a few shreds of the sidewalls, Tim called Goodyear and convinced them to cover the fairly new tire under the warranty, so I got a brand new replacement tire for half price! He could have told me he couldn't help me, but instead he took the time to call Goodyear and he convinced his contact to help us. Great customer service! read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Soon after Goodyear in East Peoria changed my brakes I called because my brakes were squealing constantly. They told me it was fine. This was 10 months ago. Today I went in to Midas for an unrelated matter and they told me my brake pads were faulty and needed to be changed right away. They showed me how the pads were disconnecting from the backing. I called Goodyear in East Peoria hoping they would honor their warranty. The man on the phone seemed pleased in discovering that I had driven enough miles to void the warranty. This is just the most recent event. read more
