What better way to entertain your guest during cocktail hour than food, booze and some fun prop filled photo taking entertainment. Dennis and Jessica were amazing to work with. I booked the date, and all I needed to provide was the location(their insurance) and a small deposit. They let me know we could customize the background of the photos and they would work to provide everything we wanted on them. They managed to squeeze in a flower design, the bride & groom's colors, names, the date and their hashtag all into a photo frame of perfection! The Bride and Groom loved them! I lost count of the many guests that told me how impressed they were with the Goof Booth! They had attended weddings where other photo stations were used and raved at how much better the Goof Booth was! I even got in, (willingly) with my kids, friends and other family members...we had so much fun! Just remember what happens in the booth doesn't stay in the booth! I found Goof Booth on Yelp, and because of the great rating decided to go with them for my wedding. They showed up on time and were discrete. They even moved the photo booth inside due to the high winds outside without any issues. There was a brother/sister team operating the booth. The guy was in charge and had a very mediocre attitude for some reason, while his sister was an absolute sweetheart who was fun and playful with the guests, helping them pick out props and do poses, etc. I had discussed with Goof Booth that I had planned to use a photo album and I wanted the photos to print twice so that the guests can place one of their photos in the album. I have emails of this discussion and Goof Booth never mentioned that this would be a problem at all and assured me this was fine. On the night of the wedding, about 1 hour into the photo booth being set up, I went by to check it out. I was shocked to see the photo album was nowhere to be found. I asked the guy and he told me he never saw one. In a panic I went to find our wedding coordinator who told me she 100% gave it to him. We both went over to him and he then changed his story that having a photo album was something that was a paid feature and it had to be provided by Goof Booth. He then reluctantly went and retrieved my photo album we provided from a closet that he had hid in there intentionally and lied about. He then had a sour attitude all night after that and was generally unpleasant. Again, I have email communication proving all of this. While the photos and booth were great and gave us memories to keep forever, there is a 1 hour period of missing photos we'll never have because guests had nowhere to put them. The fact that he straight up lied to the Groom and Wedding Planner is unacceptable and I really hope that this review makes anyone think twice about using Goof Booth. read more
