I have been coming to this location regularly for about 2 years. It's quick and convenient. Staff is friendly. Usually not a long wait time. Their vacuums are good. I did have the rapid pass for about a year. It's definitely worth it if you usually get a car wash more than 3x/month. read more

Steve was super nice, got a free wash for giving a review. Got the basic wash and it did exactly what I needed to my car.

I use to love goo goos. Not anymore! They have changed their prices and it would be ok if the service was still good. I didn't get a air freshener, my car wasn't really clean( still had dirt on the hood and doors), also soap still on the car. The car vacuum were not all working the mat cleaner out of 4 only 1 worked. It was a waste of my time and money. I will be using a different car wash . Very disappointed! read more

You close at 6. I pull up at 515. I get it. But as long as you are still open now and I pay you will clean my car even if you don't get to it until 9pm. That's just how these things go. I pulled up and the gentleman told me it was best if I only did the outside because the wait would be an hour so even if I pay now at 6 they would have to close. Sure, may I speak with your manager young man. Ironically, he was "gone for the day" and they would go ahead and "squeeze" me in. The wait wasn't nearly as long as he predicted and they still did a good job. I wasn't the last car so they may as well get it right. Definitely was more pricey than I remember. But not in a rush to return based on the service. read more

So besides pulling up to new and a little $$ pricing, one guy scrubbed down one half of my car, and the other guy like ...put a little soap on my window .... I mean, i can't even tell you if this was a hair place and they cut one side of your head and not the other, that's all I could think about. I think I'll get my bucket and armorall soap out before I go paying $15 for a basic car wash.. I had paid $9 here before, so was a little surprised by the new pricing. The vacuums were not as strong as they have been in the past... actually the guy next to me asked me if he put his vacuum up if mine was stronger . The wash was one of the worst I've had compared to other Goo Goo's. The blowers were a complete waste of time. I spent more time drying and cleaning after the wash than ever before. On a bright note their vacuums were some of the best. read more

Excellent car wash and customer service! I brought my car in for a wash today COVERED in black bird poop. They were so kind in helping me select the right car wash, and they even let me go through twice to make they got all the bird poop off my car. Jared was the manager who helped me today, and he even came out to my car after running it through twice to make sure we got it all. I so appreciate them taking the time to make sure my car was clean today and going above and beyond to do that. We will definitely be going back to this goo goo when we need another wash. But hopefully may car won't look so bad next time!! read more

Paid $30 and they did a lackluster job on the interior. Went back the next day and still didn't fix the problem. My front and back windshield still have streaks on them. They gave zero effort in trying to provide good customer service. read more
