The scanner for people using the monthly unlimited wash plans is not at all reliable and that creates a huge back up. There is NEVER anyone in the booth. The customer will press the call button and instead of calling them, it flashes a message to blow your horn for service. So, the customer blows their horn and the workers can't hear it because they are next to the car wash tunnel. It's an absolute joke. Then you go to vacuum your car and nearly half the vacuums do not operate properly. It's just an epic mess. Try to talk to management about this and you'll see really quick why it's as bad as it is. This place needs a competitor in Ellijay. Once that happens, this place will fold fast.

I like this truck stop because I yet have come to a fuel station and get an automatic truck wash. The fuel islands have vacuums and washer fluid, which I haven't ever had that so that's a bonus. They have a clean restroom, tiny store, 3 showers which I didn't look but I'd be interested after the renovation. They are supposed to be starting that at anytime using the old truck stop next door for the humongous updated space and and quality truck stop amenities.

About 2 years ago I had took my pickup truck to them to get brakes put on. When I went in i had…read morepurchased the brakes myself and they told me that they were not the right ones. I asked them how much I had left on my brakes. They told me that I still had a little bit of time left before I would have to get new ones put on. I took my truck a week later to someone else and they let me see what my brakes looked like and come to find out Taylor Tires let me drive my truck without any brakes on the back and I had no brakes on passenger side. So the only brakes that I had was on drivers side and they were very very thin. How can you allow someone to drive off in their vehicle without any brakes. I could have been killed or injured. And I could have killed someone or injured someone if I had hit them. How can they sleep at night knowing that they did this. So please do not take your vehicle to this place for anything cos they will lie to you. I have to rate them so I can put my review on here but they dont even deserve 1 star
