For me it was a friendly store with nice staff my laptop had issues and they identified the problem…read moreimmediately and fixed it in a few days however my complaint is that it was a bit on the expensive side compared to other stores. but i can only recommend if quick repair is your need if you can wait another few days maybe check some other service it would be cheaper.

If you plan on being in Europe longer than a week then it's best to just get a convertible charger. The shop is very easy to find, it's just across the street from the Central Station. Love that they are in a convenient location but if they would only open a (Mega Apple Store in Amsterdam) like the one in Santa Monica on the promenade. Although they are going through renovation they are still in business.You would never know because they have this weak sign on the ground that is super small. Now this is just a small suggestion.... I was thinking what about creating a better sign and posting it on the window that you are going through renovation and still operating business in the shop? I think that would be a little bit more professional.:)
