I really wish I could leave negative stars for Gordon and partners. My mother was mistreated at her nursing home/rehab facility. She was left with multiple injuries on her leg and back. I contacted Gordon and partners to help me get some justice for my mother. I sent them photographs of her injuries and they did nothing for me. The girl, I spoke to agreed that the injuries were hideous and she assured me that a lawyer would look at the information and when they call back, they said they weren't gonna take the case. So the commercials advertising how they want to help everybody is a lie. Find yourself a real attorney and don't go to Gordon and partners. read more

Adam G. WERNER did not follow the REMAND from the veteran Law Judge. He concocted diagnosises that is located nowhere in my medical records. I gave Hoffman the evidence and he ignored it and spoke very nasty. Their representation ended 09/22/2020. I refiled 11/26/2020. I got better results on my own. VBA negligently paid them $11,000 off my claim. I got back $6781 that 11,000. Adam G. Werner has since been fired. I don't know what going on with Attorney Hoffman, Paralegals Motoya and Rana. They know nothing about Veteran claims and need to be fired. I am sueing Malpractice NONFEASANCE and what ever else they committed upon me. I which I had y'all numbers. I see all these negative reviews about "they never return emails/calls, etc." and my first thought when I see that is...have you EVER had a lawyer work on a case for you before. They DO NOT respond to your email/call on a dime. If you are having a lawyer work on a case, VA claim, whatever it is...the first thing a person MUST learn is PATIENCE. Yes they have to wait on the VA to respond to their requests, yes theyre going to take their time because #1 they took your VA claim on for free and they ONLY get paid if they win so of course speediness is not a priority because the more money you are paid for your end result of a claim is the more money in their pocket as well. Thats called BUSINESS and its a one time payment with money you dont currently have anyways. I have VA buddies who used them and referred them to me and yes its taking some time but thats just the culture of having a case/VA disability claim. People need to learn some patience. read more

Worst attorneys ever. I needed to make appeals to my VA disability and these people dragged it out for months, were not very responsive, didn't seem to care at all about my situation. Basically I kept asking why the VA hadn't given them access to my medical files, and why they hadn't been able to get ahold of the VA. Well they claimed to have reached out to them multiple times, and that was all a lie. I finally decided to call them myself and got ahold of the VA in 20 minutes. Turns out my lawyers filed the wrong paperwork to gain access to my file, and never actually called the VA at all - so they flat out lied to me. I live below the poverty line and struggle with these conditions that the VA refused to pay for, and these greedy attorneys figured they'd drag it out as long as possible to get a higher cut of the back pay. If you are a struggling veteran do not at all consider this firm. They are the absolute worst and I sincerely hope they crumble as a result. They have low work ethic and no empathy. If I could I would give them zero stars. read more

My daughter and I were rear ended while stopped and made the mistake of calling these ambulance chasers. I had an injury to my hand and collarbone which was unbelievably painful. They sent me to a real quack chiropractor and an equally phony orthopedic surgeon who ran up all kinds of bills and wrote all kinds of bogus reports about the extensive neck and spine injury that I sustained from the accident (which I didn't) when I asked them about my hand and collarbone injury , they told me to file a claim with my health insurance company after they settled the lawsuit. They lead me on for a full year before telling me they could not continue my case further, with no explanation as to why but did encourage me to seek other counsel. BAM! A year wasted and one year less toward the statute of limitations expiring to seek justice! I am not one to write reviews because its a waste of my time. But My experience with this attorney office and specifically paralegal Yolanda made me decide to write my review today. If I could rate this attorneys office 0 stars, I would. I hired them after an accident I was in, from a negligent driver on the wrong side of road. The paralegal assigned to me was by the name of Yolanda McGee. Since day one, we had a few disagreements by the way I felt treated by her, and she spoke to me like I was a scolded child. She is disrespectful and I wished for her not to speak to me in that manner or tone. As all attorneys and cases are never resolved quickly I don't expect to hear from them very often i till they have updates. The last I spoke with her prior to the holiday she updated me and sends out this emails as per our conversation we spoke about and it's never actually accurate but never the less I wasn't going to argue with someone that's is that thickheaded and type a personality as she just checks a box like she's doing something. A difference in begins productive and unproductive. When you treat clients like this you are being unprofessional and unproductive because they will tell other their experience. To further my story i received a letter on Jan 11th saying they haven't been able to get ahold of me which I haven't had any missed calls, voicemails, texts, and or emails. I got home late and called after 6pm from work and left a voicemail, when I returned home from lunch the next day I find a note on my door from ups for a signed package from the office and Based on the letter the day before I had a feeling I knew what that way but I called the attorney office and was told I am no longer being represented as a client for no answer. Are you kidding me ? That's a joke. and I think this had nothing to do with no response, of one day. I think this has to do with my answer back to her of being treated. She was rude and disrespectful and I am now going to hire another attorney office to help me with my case which makes things for me more complicated and a waste of my time because you wanted to be a disrespectful type a personality. Most people would assume drying up all of the water physically with every towel and comforter you own, followed by hiring a dry out company to ensure the damage was successfully handled would be the appropriate first step. Next, hire a public adjuster to assist you with damages and manage your claim while you're working to put this nightmare behind you. We all pay home owners insurance a year in advance to avoid disruptions with our daily lives and minimize havoc in our home life. I wish that was the case in my scenario. I'm sure there are many others who have encountered something similar or even worse. I was lead down a very misleading and fraudulent path by a public adjuster who did not have my families best interest in mind. After months of separation from my children, a single mother working diligently to put the pieces together, I was introduced to Martin Mehan from Gordon and Donner. I have never met a more authentic and professional person in my life. Humble should be his middle name. He returned every phone call, and email I sent. I was in a state of panic, frightened of losing my home and lost without normalcy with my children. He provided guidance and comfort. Martin, truly had empathy for my situation and it was palpable. He is a brilliant lawyer, and a compassionate man who was meant to be in this field fighting for people like my family. I will never forget the time he committed to making my life whole again. These lawyers were referred to me for a slip and fall. They told me I would not see a bill. Then when the bills started coming they said please pay all the medical bills. Then they said it will take a long time to see any result. Then eight months later they finally meet me face to face and said the building had no insurance and they would think about handling me. I waited another few months and they did not want to handle me as it would be too hard a case. That is okay but obviously these lawyers waited almost a year to let me know that. Not good service, cold law firm... move on or be treated poorly.Like the other reviews only want easy big settlement cases. read more
