I have had quiet the bumpy since he started representing me for the car accident I was involved in back in August 2023. 1- He sent me to a chiropractor that ended up billing me for almost $9k for 2 months (3 times a week) of treatment. This chiropractor was just adjusting my back without caring what my diagnosis was and where the pain truly was coming from. 2- Some forms I received from the attorney included my information incorrect. Such as him stating that I am a minor...I am 23 years old. 3- 3 of my bills ended up going to collections even though he reassured me that in his various years of profession this had never happened. He failed to update/ inform the medical providers of his representation and provide them with the lien letter despite my constant reminders and concern for the bills. 4- I always had to be the one to reach out because he would never update me. 5- When the time to settle came around he only wanted to give me 8k despite my case being worth 45k. 6- Carlos Tristan even ended up sending a check to a doctor I didn't even visit even after I had mentioned this to him prior to him sending the checks. 7- Currently it has been over a month since I settled, and he supposedly paid all my medical bills yet I am still getting billed by one provider. Upon calling this provider they mentioned that no letters (HIPPA or lien) have been sent to them from the attorney and much less the check 8- This law firm does not handle these time sensitive cases well. 9- They contradict themselves in a lot of things. Such as when the Attorney, Carlos Tristan, told me that he could not negotiate the medical bills yet that same day I called the provider and they said that the law firm had already sent in an offer and that it had been approved.

Never met my daughter spent maybe a minute by putting a nickel on the table and said " All we have to do is prove she can't sit and watch the nickel any amount of time. He was done speaking to the judge in less than 5 minutes. He spoke to the security guard during the whole time we were waiting for our turn to go in. I'd say about an hour. Pretty sure his name was Gabriel. Also, Reyes and Reyes never notified us about the ruling. 500.00 waisted.
