I got there told them what I wanted done, the pedicure went by so fast, the lady did not speak to me at all except to say "do you want gel". I'm so happy I did! I love the outcome of my thin French manicure. I didn't rate them 5 stars because THEY DO NOT MASSAGE. Feet, legs, or hands and that's wild. I actually think that service included alone--which is a staple at the best salons--would help bring their rating up, exponentially! But, I'm going back, for sure!
