Lonnie came up to us questioning why we came and why we did not call. When I asked him why he was so angry and asked him to calm down he kicked us out! my husband and I were shocked! Lonnie displayed so much pain and anger, it was shocking and then heartbreaking. Lonnie has some significant troubles.

It moved with me from Texas to Minnesota and I am sitting in it right now as I write this review. It has been reupholstered numerous times and this time after interviewing several potential candidates I chose Anthony's. They had refinished some other pieces for me and seemed to be in tune with what I wanted. As Dawn who I worked with us said "you want this to be the rock star of the room" which is exactly what I wanted. My wife and I spent a lot of time with Dawn finding the right fabric. When we finally decided it only took a couple of weeks before I was reunited with my chair. They did a beautiful job and I am extremely happy. The workmanship is fantastic. Anywhere else, you paid to much and missed a great conversation with a small dedicated business owner.

I picked out the fabric and my name was put on a list. I didn't get an email, and I left messages at Tony's two times but didn't get a return call. I finally went by Tony's and was told that the lady I had been working with wasn't in and that she would call me as soon as she arrived. You guessed it. I never got a call. That has been three days ago. Just be aware that they may do good work, but they don't do what they say they are going to do. It is now April 12.

Only a true craftsman can take a piece as old as this was and as worn as this and take 3 people's input and visions and turn that into a work of art able to take your breath away.
