It moved with me from Texas to Minnesota and I am sitting in it right now as I write this review. It has been reupholstered numerous times and this time after interviewing several potential candidates I chose Anthony's. They had refinished some other pieces for me and seemed to be in tune with what I wanted. As Dawn who I worked with us said "you want this to be the rock star of the room" which is exactly what I wanted. My wife and I spent a lot of time with Dawn finding the right fabric. When we finally decided it only took a couple of weeks before I was reunited with my chair. They did a beautiful job and I am extremely happy. The workmanship is fantastic. Only a true craftsman can take a piece as old as this was and as worn as this and take 3 people's input and visions and turn that into a work of art able to take your breath away. This chair is at least 50 years old and from New England. That is all we know. It was passed down in the family. If anyone knows of where it might have came from please contact us!
