I have been vaping for a short while and I came into this shop to try out some new e-juice. I wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in until someone came out from the back, but otherwise the staff seems very friendly. Another customer had a couple questions that they were able to answer, so as far as I can tell they are knowledgeable about their products. The shop is smaller compared to others I have been to: They don't have the largest selection of products to choose from, most of them were products that were recommended to me when I was a greenhorn, such as Innokin and Kanger. They only carry their own brand of e-juice but there are a number of flavors to pick from and it is mixed in-house when you order. Like any other shop they let you choose your PG/VG ratio (their recommendation is 40/60), nicotine level, and they can add other flavors to their signature blends if you choose to do so. Their e-juice is on the cheaper end ($6.99 for 10ml) but it isn't the best quality. The juice I bought from them has a better fragrance than flavor, which was seriously lacking. You're better off spending more on a third party e-juice. They have a loyalty program that grants you 1 point for every dollar spent, and when you get enough points you earn rewards such as free e-juice or discounts on their products. Overall I think this shop is mostly for new or inexperienced vape users that are just looking for affordable e-juice, starter kits, and maybe are just getting into mods. Although their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they are lacking in top-tier quality products. Hardcore vape enthusiasts looking for higher-end products will have better luck elsewhere. read more

I have been to this store on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, after my last visit I will not be returning. I bought a Wake Vape for $90-. It stopped working after a day or two. Upon returning to the store, and seeking satisfaction I was treated incredibly rudely by the owner. This man seems to have anger issues and problems with women. I had never dealt with the owner before and had always had polite sales people. However, on this occasion I received no satisfaction for the defective product. I purchased a $40 dry herb tank and after the second reassembly the tank broke. I immediately returned to the store and I was told that they couldn't do anything for me because it was already used, but being that this is a refillable tank, I should be able to take it apart and put it back together countless times without a hiccup. So now I'm out $40 and the store isn't even making good on it. You would think with a chain corporation like them customer service would be priority, but this store has absolutely none read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER GO HERE. I went here to get my new rda built and it took him an hour just to build it and it costed 11 dollars for the wire and a piece of cotton. And during that hour the two workers there kept telling me how crappy my mod and new rda is just so they could sell me their over priced garbage. Their juice is overpriced and has never tasted anything as it claims and one time they tried getting away with not putting any nic in. I went here today with my 8 yr old Autistic son who has been begging me to quit smoking . I decided today was the day . I had gotten really good feedback about gorilla Vapes stores so decided that was the place to go. I had a few times that I wanted to compare before making my big purchase and I heard the staff was friendly and knowledgable. Well let me start off by saying first impressions really are everything and boy do I NEVER want to go into a gorilla vape store ever again ! We walked in and were greeted instantly (the only plus in this story) the kid at the counter was nice and did try to help sort of . I stated the items I wanted to compare and was told they didn't have any of them except one brand bc " their manager sucks at ordering things " . There was not only very limited selection but also zero color choices what you saw was what you got ... which was not what I had heard about the store . The store was a cloud of smoke my son asked to step out while I picked out my mod . The employees and their friends were laughing and cursing up a storm in front of my son. I had one mod to chose from bc the employee barely listened to what I was asking for and just kept showing me what I knew I did not want . I did end up buying a starter kit with some juice but again I was not really told what to do I kept asking saying I didn't know what things meant and needed to understand it but the employee didn't thoroughly explain .
