Very welcoming and knowledgable staff. Items go out of stock semi quickly and aren't always restocked in a timely manor.

Great smoke shop with an easy going, easy to talk to staff who are familiar with and actually use…read morethe products they sell. They offer much more information than you could ever possibly get with an Internet purchase. It's a no stigma experience without the strange looks if you ask to see a particular bong or pipe, wanting to know how a product works or one items l benefit over another, for instance. Say hi to Oden (store mascot) he'll be waiting to greet you at the door. He's a big part of the cool, laid back vibe of this department store sized head shop. Also ask about their "just keep the receipt" guarantee on most "Elite" brand products.

This has got to be the worst smoke shop I have ever been too. If i could put less than one star I…read morewould. Everything is double the price compared to other smoke shops in the area. For example: a $2 pair of novlety socks found on wish.com sells there for $18. Most of their merch can be found on wish.com for less than a quarter of their price. They are thieves! The employee looked and smelled as if he hasn't showered or brushed his teeth in a month or longer. The employee knew very little on the products and seemed annoyed with every question I asked. His words were slurred and eyes half shut as if he was on heavy drugs. I assume the sitting area is to look at only because while my girl was brousing around, I sat down for two seconds and I was accused of being high and asked why I was sitting down. (There is a sign thats says grab a seat)They have this giant scruffy dog that jumps and slobbers all over you and the employee does nothing to prevent it except grab the poor dog by the neck a force him to the ground rather harshly. The dog is cute but could use a bath and alittle training before allowing gim to roam the establishment freely. By traing I do not mean the harsh choking of his collar and focing his head to the ground. All and all this is the worst smoke shop I have ever set foot in. Most of their products look like knock offs and appear very cheaply made. I will never goto that shop again and I suggest everyone take their business else where as wilI.

I'm surprised this place does not have any reviews yet, although it could be due to the fact that…read more[I believe] the address on Yelp is incorrect. It is actually located in the "South Side 9 Plaza," in the shopping center right past the CVS on the right (if you are going South). I only mention this because when my boyfriend and I got directions from the address listed on Yelp, it told us we had "arrived" about a mile away from where the shop actually is. I am *fairly* new to the "vape world," starting with the Aspire Atlantis Sub-Ohm kit last December, and just recently upgrading to the eleaf 40w TC box mod. I do not/never plan to build my own coils, am extremely intimidated by 18650 batteries, still don't completely know what a sub ohm is (ha), and even trying to understand temperature and wattage make my head spin at times. Needless to say, I have a lot of questions. All of the vape shops I had visited prior to Smoke N Vape were in North Jersey, and all of them had one thing in common--they were pretentious, used jargon I couldn't possibly be expected to understand as a beginner, and were "know it alls" that pressured me into believing their favorite tank/mod/juice/etc. was the best and only way to go. Smoke N Vape was the first vape shop I have ever felt comfortable in. The guy who helped my boyfriend and I was not only friendly and knowledgable, but actually ENCOURAGED us to ask questions. They had a HUGE selection of e-juices, all of which we were able to try before purchasing. It is clear that most employees of vape shops that I have come across are really into it, and I think that is great. But in my opinion, if you enjoy something that much, you should be just as excited to share your knowledge about it with other people--not make them feel inadequate. I had a great experience at Smoke N Vape, and plan to return there for any future purchases I make.

This is a great spot have everything you need always, well stocked . The best part is the staff!!…read moreHands down ! Knowledgeable, friendly professional, easy to talk to , encourage questions .
