Today, I went to wash my car. One of the automated wash bays was closed so I had to go to the other bay. There were 3 cars in front of me, including one in the wash. Once that one got out, the second car went in, but the automated wash machine broke down during the process. A worker tried to reset it but it didn't work. So I decided to use the self serve bays. It was only my second time there, but I had a good experience. The dryer in that bay didn't work but it honestly wasn't a big deal. Overall, I would recommend it to other people! Definitely worth the time and money! read more

I've never had a bad experience here. I feel like you always get what you paid for and whenever there is an issue, there's the number to call and they've been very responsive. It's also nice that it's fully touch-less so there aren't the added swirls and scratches to your car. Overall it's a great value read more

Scam overcharge and pore machine condition, vacuums don't suck well. They suck. I don't recommend

This place is a rip off. After swiping my card, the wands never worked. Contacted company and they said the video showed I pressed stop immediately which cancelled the wash. That was not true, we tried to get the wands to work first and when they didn't I pressed stop. I was stilled charged 20.00 so if I had pressed stop the charge should have been 6.09. Never again. The first time I came here it was a disappointment because I didn't get a full wash or dry. After about a minute of water and soap, the machine decided it was finished and left my car covered in soap. I sat in the bay and called the customer service number on the wall. There didn't seem to be an attendant working at the time. After taking my info, the CS rep said she would pass it on. The next day I had a voice mail and text with a code to try it again. The code was only good through the month so we went through the wash again. This time we got the full cycle including some unattractive multi-colored glop. I'm not sure what that was supposed to do, but the car looked good when it was finished. There was an attendant on duty today, which helped since nothing happened when we put the code in ourselves. read more

This is a review of the Gorilla Unlimited Wash Club at 156th and West Center. The phone app rarely worked each time we tried to use the app to wash our automobiles. Paid 58.80 a month for several months with having to pay out of pocket most of the times if needed to wash the automobile on the day it needed it. Terrible app and service. The actual Gorilla car wash is great just the Unlimited Wash Club is a joke. I highly recommend NOT using the Unlimited Wash Club! read more

For a touch less wash, I would give it 4 stars. For the dryer, 2 star. Bring your own towel. You will drive away with a very wet car. Did undercarriage wash, 1 star. This isn't an issue in the summer, but important in the winter. For ethics and transparency, ZERO STARS. You can earn free wash's by being a regular customer but they never tell you that you can't redeem them at this location until you actually attempt to use it. read more

I have been familiar with Gorilla Wash for several years as I've used their self service bays on occasion. Earlier this year I saw an advertised promotion about an unlimited wash package. When I called the number to inquire about the package, my call was answered right away. Seemingly, the owner explained that they had two unlimited wash packages (good for the automated wash only). Including tax, the two wash packages are $32 a month and $42 a month. The $42 a month package allows you to get the very best wash which is called "The Works." The $32 a month wash is more of a mid range wash with fewer extras. The owner instructed me to go down to one of their locations near Saddle Creek Drive, where a sticker with a barcode would be added to the inside of my windshield. When I go through the wash, a sensor detects that sticker and allows me to pull into the wash bay. I was a little skeptical about whether this technology would work every time but after 8 or 10 washes in the last month, it has worked great. I think the wash is very satisfactory. I am very particular when it comes to how I have my car washed and Gorilla Wash does it very well. They have an undercarriage spray that knocks all the salt off the bottom of the vehicle. Most importantly it is the touchless so no rags or rollers touch the car. Another nice detail about this wash is that it is not extremely loud. I have had business phone calls occur while I've been in the wash and the person I was talking to said they could hear the wash but it was not distracting. Depending on the time of day or the weather, it can be pretty busy. The longest I have ever waited was for five cars in front of me which was probably 25 minutes. And there was one day the wash was totally closed but that is because it was 20° below zero. The one thing I think could be improved is the length of the drying cycle. At the end of the wash you drive through high-powered blowdryers that run for about 45 seconds. 45 seconds is not enough time to dry the vehicle as much as I would like but I understand that they are trying to keep the entire wash to a certain length of time to serve more customers. Or perhaps several more dryers could be added to help shed more water. There are four locations in Omaha. The two I visit most are the ones at 90th and Center and 168th and Center. There is another location on Saddle Creek Drive and the last location is somewhere near Bellevue I believe. I prefer the one near 90th and Center because it has the easiest access and is closest to my office but I also find it to be busier than the one at 168th. Also it should be noted that the unlimited monthly wash allows for one wash every 24 hours. I believe each of the locations have self service bays. The two locations I go to most have several self service bays and both have two automatic washes. The location at Saddle Creek only has one automatic wash. The unlimited wash package is a great option for the winter months when I just need to keep the salt on the roads off my car. I am so glad they offer it and at such a reasonable price! read more

Do not use this facility! The equipment is worn wagged, hoses leak. When clear coat was selected absolutely no change in the product coming from the wand. They also do not give an audible alert when you are running out of time so that they can gouge you for a little more money for a terrible car wash experience. I will definitely be passing this on to friends and family in the Omaha area. Very disappointing read more

Basic car wash with self-service or auto-wash bays. I was pretty jazzed that the self-wash bays now accept credit cards. It's easier to spontaneously pop by hose down the grocery getter if I don't have to have a bag of quarters at the ready. read more

Went there today to wash my truck. First stall I went to the credit card machine didn't work so I went to the next stall. I didn't even pull in because there was mud everywhere. So I settled on the third stall. Everything went fine until I switched to foam brush. Waited (and paid) for two minutes and nothing came out. So I sprayed with soap and used the brush to scrub with. Took alot longer but at least it got clean. There was no attendant there to complain to today. read more

Don't waste your money on the Dust Buster. I just wanted to get the basic film off of my car. The water just dribbled out, it seemed for less than a minute. I got out of my car on exit, the car (a smaller station wagon) wasn't even wet all over. This was very disappointing and I wilsh there was a way to get my money back. read more

This car wash is a joke! I bought a touchless for $8 dollars and pulled up to have it not work and say please pull forward. So I called that worthless number on there building. To have some lady take all my information and stuff. Hear I am 1month later nothing no reimbursement or a car wash. That says basically to me if you swipe your hard earned money and are pos touchless doesn't work. We got you, beware of this junk car wash. It's not that good either I could of hand wash it.
