He removed the cyst and I am soon glad I had it removed there, I can't imagine another clinic working so hard to make me feel so comfortable with the procedure. What makes her great? I'll share a few examples for you. 1. She has an amazing "supporting staff" that is incredibly helpful and friendly. From her amazing nurse, Lisa, who's always on top of things, to the cheerful staff at the front desk, you're always well taken care of. 2. Dr. Zhou always listens and encourages you to get involved in your own care. Listens to your concerns, questions and even ideas you may have concerning your treatment plan. 3. If your health concern requires a specialist, she doesn't hesitate to refer you to the approriate dr. 4. She's very down to earth and has a great sense of humor. She never talks down to you. 5. You never feel like she's in a rush to get you in and out. Dr Zhou takes the time to address your concerns at every visit. 6. If you have to be hospitalized she will not turn you over to the dr on call. She will be there for you throughout your hospital stay. You don't get that kind of care anymore! She takes care of her patients. I strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment with her if you're in need of a great doctor. Dr Zhou is an Adult Internal Medicine Doctor. She deals solely with adults.
