This project was lengthy and there were long wait times for a few materials, but the job completed was excellent! All prep work ( insulation, electrical wiring, driveway,etc. ) was completed by professionals who work with this company. The finishing work on complicated trim was superbly executed by highly skilled carpenters. One of the exterior doors was custom made by said carpenters to serve as a storm door in the fashion of homes built in the 1700s, as was a part of the house requiring this door. The level of professionalism by the builders at Hoose Construction cannot be overstated. They were punctual, pleasant to work with, accommodating, and created a high quality finished product. If you are looking for excellence, this is your construction company!

Both projects were completed with a high degree of professionalism and significant attention to details. At no time did we feel the project was compromised for speed or price, even for those items that would never be apparent once walls were closed in. Some of the strongest attributes Schrader delivers include project logistics (the project never languished and it moved along rapidly with a high degree of coordination among high quality subs), cleanliness (the job site was never messy, at day end everything was cleaned up, dust remediation was outstanding, and the job site was always protected from the weather), and skill (the smallest details were completed with the highest attention to quality, joinery was not "fudged" with caulk). I followed up days later to ask if he could do the work at all. His response: "No sorry to far." No call. No professionalism. Apparently, just enough energy to type two texts and move on. I have a permit. I have materials. I have a dog who's been attacked five times by a neighbor's dog and needs a fence built. Jim had a job ready to go.
