She was also very conscious of COVID 19 requirements. We scheduled a time at her studio today. Ms. Rice was very professional and pleasant upon meeting her. She provided me an area to change in and hang my clothes. Before she began she explained some of the things she would be asking of me i.e. head angles, stretching my neck, chin position, etc. Her explanation helped tremendously as she started. Ms. Rice has a natural conversational style as she works, making slight adjustments as she takes photos. By my own admission, I have never thought of myself as very photogenic; Ms. Rice made me look good. At the end of the session she showed me some of the proofs and then emailed all proofs for review. Because of the quality of her work I have a difficult choice, she has provided me so much to choose from. Ms. Rice' prices are very reasonable. The quality of her work is excellent. He agreed to attach extra wood to make the gap smaller. My mom followed up multiple times and he continually gave her the run around about the timeline to come address the issue. My parents are elderly and are currently experiencing health issues which makes the whole ordeal even more stressful. Now we're having to pay someone else to come tie up his loose ends. When I contacted him to let him know we no longer were interested in him finishing the project, he responded that he had planned to come the next morning. Of course.

We received a quote quickly and it was competitive in pricing, they offer a PayPal option (credit card payment) and their turn-around time was faster than anyone else. Stan communicated with us very well throughout the process, answered questions & kept us updated with rain delays (2-days, but no one can control the weather). His crew arrived and went straight to work, when they had a question they did not hesitate to ask before "just doing it" and they were extremely polite and pleasant throughout the entire project. They completed the fence line in one day and immaculately cleaned up afterwards... you would have never known they were there, except for a new fence standing. Which is absolutely beautiful.
