This review is just our experience. Like I said, from the beginning we had issues and the company was not helpful. The concrete we added to the posts wasn't a problem for my husband because we had no choice and unfortunately we had to do that not long after install. He fixed them all but the WiFi which turned out to be a broken fiber line that AT&T had to replace. He can do so much more than what I had him do for me. He was friendly and kind and he had a great can do attitude with everything I threw at him! He was very responsive. His prices are reasonable and he does what he says he's gonna do. We've been wanting to extend our yard, remove the wooden fence in the back and replace it with an…read moreiron or aluminum fence. Hoping the removal of the wooden fence wound give is more of a "view" of the wooded property that backs up against ours. We called Yard Dog and scheduled a free consultation to see what the cost of a new fence and yard extension would cost. Rob showed up early and was very professional about everything, even offering tips on where to save money and what to avoid when taking on such a project. This poor guy had to trek through all of the shrubbery and bushes that are behind the fence to get measurements. The whole consult took about an hour and we were quoted just under $3K. Which includes the new iron fence, removal of the old fence, and the addition of another gate on the other side of the house. Sounds like a steal! We haven't gone forward with our extended fence, due to weather restrictions (see pics) but plan to move forward in late March!

I was working at the property the same day they were there, and I never saw them break for more that a few minutes (far less than I would have for sure). On my previous project, I was told all materials were in stock and the installation could be completed quickly. After I signed the contract, they attempted to push the installation back. Only after repeatedly pushing the issue did they finally honor the timeline they originally promised. Now it's happening again. My current contract was signed over a month ago and the installation has been scheduled for two weeks. At 9:00 PM the NIGHT BEFORE the scheduled installation, they emailed me saying they were canceling and pushing the project back -- no phone call, no firm replacement date. Getting customers under contract and then struggling to honor the timelines communicated to them is completely unacceptable. Based on two separate projects, the scheduling, communication, and respect for the customer's time have been incredibly disappointing. I would think twice before signing a contract with this company.
