They're usually able to find me an appointment (even on short notice) and the hours are super accommodating. They have an extensive roster of therapists you can book over phone, website or app. Big parking lot in the plaza they're in with plenty of free parking. Direct billing is always a plus. I've been able to find a therapist I really connect with and it's been wonderful. Pro tip: if you really need some relief, request the use of the Japanese mint oil. It makes a difference!

I've seen a few therapists there and they've all been great, some better than others but that really comes down to personal preference. I prefer really deep massages and, in the past, have had a hard time finding a therapist who can consistently maintain the pressure I prefer. Then I found Mike. He is by far, hands down the BEST therapist I've ever been to. He shows me stretches to do at home, and uses different techniques to work the target area. The charge is $75 instead stating the website for first visit of $59.99, very disappointing of the tapping service and the cost. I told her I was never put baby powder for massage before. Just a month ago I went to Spastation at Sherwood park with my friend they put oil for the message, where they provide professional service and I was treated gracefully even I used Groupon but this time I pay cash!!
