It's so quiet I never hear a peep, it smells so nice and the temperature is always perfect. Dawn is always exactly on time and makes you feel so welcome and is always happy to see you. She never cuts the massage short. She listens intently on what you have to say and what your needs are for that massage and caters each massage to your needs that visit. I can't imagine anyone would be able to find anything to complain about here! So happy I found this place.

I find the staff here extremely pleasant and professional and the clinic itself is bright and clean. My therapist, Elizabeth, has been great in our sessions - I am the kind of person who likes to understand why we're doing something and she is patient to explain what she's doing and why it'll help. It's pretty easy to book appointments and their hours are convenient (both open early and into the evenings). I do wish there were weekend hours and the ability to book appointments online.

I've seen a few therapists there and they've all been great, some better than others but that really comes down to personal preference. I prefer really deep massages and, in the past, have had a hard time finding a therapist who can consistently maintain the pressure I prefer. Then I found Mike. He is by far, hands down the BEST therapist I've ever been to. He shows me stretches to do at home, and uses different techniques to work the target area. The place is clean, comfortable and everyone there has been nothing less than professional. I would, and have many times, recommend Alberta Momentum (either location) to anyone!

Have to say, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I was able to do half sports therapeutic massage and half relaxation. I sit at a desk all day at work, so I get tight knotted back muscles, Carline was able to get all those loosened up. The ambience of the room is perfect, I do like it better than the old place I went to, as it was more dimly lit and added to the relaxation. Though just be warned, with the relaxing atmosphere and massage, it may be hard not to drift off in sleep ha.
