Full transparency-I did not have my car headliner and sunroof reupholstered by them YET. After a four day hellscape of test drives, mechanic inspections and used car salesmen, I purchased a used vehicle. If I wasn't I strong feminist before- I am a raging one now ‍ A few days into driving my new-to-me car, I noticed the headliner was lightly stained and in rough shape. Detailers won't touch it for fear that it might fall, so I moved on to the idea of replacing my headliner. I was supposed to have the two front seats of my '04 Acura TL reupholstered this morning. Dropped the car off at 7am. Got a call asking when I'd be able to pay and pick the car up. I said that I wouldn't be able to pick it up before closing at 5pm today so I would be in tomorrow morning. They then called me and said that they didn't feel comfortable doing business with me! Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate owners. If they felt that way, they shouldn't have taken my deposit when they did the estimate over a month ago. They probably overbooked or didn't feel like they could complete the job properly. I'd stay away from this place if I were you. I just got the name of another car reupholstery place in Bonita Springs called Sunshine Reupholstery from my auto mechanic. Will try there next and advise you do the same! read more

Stay away from this place! Terrible and extremely rude customer service. This place was recommended by Audi of Fort Myers to have my sagging soft-top headliner re-done. The interior of the car was dirty after the job, and the lining was not properly fitted leaving a visible seam on the roof. Also, multiple missing screws and a tool from the job was left inside the top's stow-away compartment upon inspection. Front desk woman has zero tolerance for criticism of the job and does not believe the customer; she also keeps a loaded gun on the desk in plain site. I am appauled that the dealership would ever recommend this dump of a business to fix anything on an $80,000 car! Hope this place goes out of business fast. read more

After reading some of these reviews, I was almost not going to take the recommendation of a mechanic and a neighbor. We have a Chrysler van that summers in our garage; the headliner had separated and was unsightly. Called before I arrived in Fl and was quoted a price.....the same price I paid when the work was completed. Waited while the work was completed and I could not be more pleased. Since I waited, I was able to see the interaction between other clients as well as overhear telephone calls. The woman at the desk was friendly and professional. Not the best quality service or the most qualified experience. I took my car in to have the doors and front liner done. It should have been a straightforward fix but it wasn't. First, there was only one option for the material used, which I was told was the only material that works for my vehicle (until I went elsewhere and was give a wide range of colour and material options). Second, my overhead control panel was broken while being taken off. Initially, the shop tried to tell me that the overhead must have had previous work done on it which caused it to already be broken (which was not true), and the damage they listed to it failed to mention that the panel wires and clips were both broken (not just the wire). This cost me an additional 140$, which was compensated by having no charge to my door upholstery that was done. I will say that the quality of the work done on the doors was very good. Finally, the price quoted (for the only fabric option) turned out to be too high in comparison with other upholstery shops (not to mention that the quality elsewhere was much better). I wouldn't recommend going here. I would try other Upholstery places first (e.g. T&M Upholstery). read more

Gotcha Covered was recommended to me by Service King. I was skeptical based on other reviews I read. My car carpeting got wet due to hurricane Irma. I tried drying but it needed to come out to prevent mold growth. The padding under the carpet was soaked. They took the carpet out of the car washed it, replaced the jute padding, and reinstalled the carpet. I had a short turn around time. I dropped it off on Wednesday and they had it done by Friday below the quoted price. More than fair. I would have liked to see a more detailed invoice/estimate. I liked what they told me they would do but I did not see that detail on the estimate. And the technician that came out to fix some things for me was not overly friendly. Guess he did not think a smile and a "Glad to help" would mean anything. Christine was very nice and personable. She tolerated my obsessive compulsion and worrying. read more

Had a new convertible top installed, and the workmanship was not the best. One top pad was installed inverted, the well was installed with the screws showing, should have been hidden under the well. Top was way to tight and super hard to close, had to have it readjusted. read more

I took my car there to have a headliner replaced. The next day I noticed the whole ceiling assembly was hanging down over the rear window, and the headliner was sagging and wrinkled in numerous places. I took it back the next week, and within about 15 minutes they said it was fixed. I went out to the car and the back ceiling was still hanging down. The guy told me the factory clips were missing. That seemed strange, since the ceiling was fine when I brought it to them. On my second visit I had asked them to replace the liner on the 'A' posts. They were wrinkly, but the guy said, "They'll be fine when they get a little heat on them." After four hot days they still look like crap. I could have done better myself instead of wasting another $53.00. They did seem to fix the headliner sags. All in all, I'd never take my car back there. Maybe they're better with upholstery. I'm disappointed. read more

Great Service and best prices in Naples. The owner (a licensed architect) actually came out and helped with the install as well as created the design for our new motorized blinds. They look fantastic and works great! And we did not have to have an electrician install new AC (which would have cost more than the blinds in the other quotes we received) I highly recommend. read more

I had a terrible experience. Their customer service is awful. The woman I spoke to on the phone was short with me when I made a request, and her tone was sharp. I had a wonderful experience with this company. My Sebring convertible top would not close. I called the dealer and was told that my only option was an inclusive part that replaced the motor, the cylinders, pump, etc for $1350 plus labor and that it was very time consuming. Gotcha Covered replaced my cylinders for $450 including labor in one hour!!!! My Sebring top works like a champ. Customer service was excellent too. read more
