So, for 3 months now, this contractor has had my drawings, plans, etc., but hasn't gotten back to me, that really bothers me in a business. If you weren't interested in the job, that's fine, but don't string a potent customer around. Every time that I call, it's oh yeah we will get that to you. Even though Veilkko Provided this service on a fixed rate basis, they continued to provide the same high level of service even though it took much longer to fill the apartment than we had anticipated. He has done nothing, despite having signing his contracts or giving him the go ahead to do work that he bid on. He has wasted numerous hours of my time showing him the work I wanted done and no matter how many texts, phone calls, or emails, he won't do the work. This is highly unprofessional, rude, and un-neighborly, as Denson Remodeling lives in the same 20,000 population town as I do. So much for small towns anymore or service providers who care.

Fortunately, the Mulka's came out (when they said they would), went over some ideas on how to fix the wall, took some measurements and shortly thereafter emailed us a couple of options. Their prices seemed fair, neither too high or too low, but more importantly I really liked their idea's for how to fix the wall. We gave them the green light and they started the job - long story short the wall that they built will probably be here long after I am gone? They were all about the business and very pleasant to have around. I really liked that Josh would take the time to answer my question (I find construction work interesting) and very patient when I asked for additional work and changes (fixing/updating a gate). I am really pleased with their work and I can tell they take pride in a job well done.
