You can ice skate or go on rides (ride pass sold separately). There were lots to do!

Everything in great condition. The virtual games are on big screens. They have a bar on both floors. We were there on a Friday evening and the cloak check was mandatory but free. There are different opening hours for the different floors. Game room upstairs open Fridays and Saturdays only - Fri from 17.00 and if I am not mistaken from 11 on Saturdays. I like the way the game room is designed with neon signs and pretty spacey. I found the prices a b-i-t on the pricey side - 125 SEK for 15 minutes hunting for instance. I guess golf and car racing was the same. Pinball is 10 SEK a single game, 15 for 2 persons game. They have four machines: Spiderman, Batman, NBA and Wheel of fortune. They also show big sports events on their Star Vision screens. Not too many seats though (only like 25). When you go here, I guess you need to decide wearing your spending money! There is a changing machine so just bring your bills and start playing! It is fun! Perfect for your team building sessions at work!

A beautiful park and zoo in Göteborg, and it's free!…read more Slottsskogen was the highlight of my visit to Göteborg as well as one of my favourite experiences on my trip to Europe. I highly recommend it, and if you only have time to do a couple of things while in Göteborg, Slottsskogen should be a priority. The park is huge--perfect for a picnic or a game of Frisbee, and there is a zoo (one of the oldest in Sweden, according to the website). It's a great way to spend a day, and best of all, it's free!

There are paths for walking/running/biking, there's a giant pond with birds and little boats, there is an area with animals like ELK!, there is a playground, there is plenty of room for picnicking... and more! The location of Slottskogen is also fantastic - from one end you can easily access the botanical gardens and from the other you can head directly into town. Whenever I am in Göteborg, this place is tops on my list!

Unverseum in Gothenburg is a nice little science museum that's meant for kids, but was fun for two…read moreadults (me and my friend) too. There is SO much to do and see at Universeum. It's almost like a zoo meets a science museum meets a planetarium. Each floor has a different theme, so it's very easy to traverse and do each floor in order or bounce around. They had floors for each type of animal to visit (Ocean, Reptiles, Humans, and others) They have shows in the Wisdome, which is a big theater that is in the shape of a large geodesic dome. This is a separate ticket you buy, so check ahead what is being shown and see if you want to plan a visit during your Universeum visit time. There were a lot of kids running around here, as I said, but this is an educational museum so that is to be expected. If you're an adult going without kids, don't feel weird about it because it's super interesting for adults too!

But it's still something fun to do (although expensive), and my sister and I decided to check out Universeum because we had the time, and there wasn't much else to do that worked with our schedule and interests. The highlight of Universeum was the rainforest exhibit. There were small monkeys running around, and they were so friggin' cute! The monkeys are free to roam around the exhibit and will walk right up to people and run around their feet--they aren't behind any kind of barrier. Despite there being special doors to prevent escape, be careful when exiting to ensure the monkeys don't get out!

My travel friends and I always try to visit every Hard Rock if the place we're in has one, mostly…read morejust for the music memorabilia but also for the drinks or food sometimes. In Gothenburg, it was just a single friend and I visiting the Hard Rock, and it wasn't a meal time unfortunately, so we actually just stopped in to take some pics of the pieces, if the staff would allow us to. They said we were totally fine to do that, but we felt we did need to buy something for their troubles, so we did grab a drink. Their beer options were great and were served very crisp and cold, so we enjoyed our drinks before exploring a bit. The collectibles they had were excellent and very well curated. Guitars from some rock icons like Tom Petty and Joe Walsh, clothing from a few stars like Elton John, John Lennon, and Madonna and even gold records from a few artists like Van Halen and Bruce Springsteen. The interior of this Hard Rock was actually really cool too, with red booths, very airy and light filled with glass walls on the ground floor by the bar, and a whole area of shuffleboards. With helpful staff, great music memorabilia (that I didn't even scratch the surface of in this review), and delicious drink options, I think this Hard Rock is a great addition to a little tour of their locations or just a one time stop in!

I stopped eating at HRC because every time I did eat at one I was disappointed with the food. The food might be awesome to some people but not to me. The interior of this restaurant is awesome.
