Spoke to Pat the store manager the next day to find out when they would be back to complete the pool opening and was told in a nasty way that they would get back to complete the opening later in the day because they had other pools to open on their schedule for that day. So I was pushed back and inconvenienced by their lack of ability in opening pools.

They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

Now that it's time to open the pool they want to charge me over $100/hr in addition to the regular opening fee to get the water and leaves out of the pool (that are there because the cover sank.)
