They told me I need 240 lb's of salt, chlorine, phos-free and many other chemicals. I immediately texted Kevin the results because he was 'on his way'. When I went in to purchase the grids that were broken due to the nesting animal, Jeff (the owner) said that he'd give me a good deal for the hassle I had with the opening. Instead of a good deal, they quoted me $500 to come and replace the grids...since the price online for the grids is around $115, that means that a "good" deal is $385 worth of labor. Though I have had good experiences inside the store, I recommend that you stay away from their services unless you want to have the finish the job yourself.
