I watched these girls put a steamer cup they had just used back into the fridge, rather than clean it. They obviously dont clean their milk steamer cups, as i am sure Nick J. experienced. I watched a girl use THE DIRTIEST espresso shot glass (there was a milky brown film on it) to collect the shot out of the machine. I saw so much dust on the cash register and equipment that a potato plant could have easily grown on it. I overheard a barista say, "Oh are the ants back?" as she was handing my daughter a drink. I saw cobwebs on the ceiling of the shop when i went to hand money over to the barista. The counters, from what I could see, were filthy! Milk stains, coffee grounds, opened containers everywhere, no wonder they have ants! read more

We stopped here on our way out of Quincy. We ordered a soy latte, iced decaf mocha, bagel with cream cheese, and a sausage breakfast sandwich. We were surprised at how delicious everything was and the low prices. Our barista was super sweet and we were out of there in 5 minutes. The coffee isn't the best and the prices always go up. I have known a lot of workers who have quit because of how rude and awful the owner is. She doesn't even let the girls keep the tips, she saves them for herself. The owner is not only rude to workers but isn't always the friendliest person to customers. I didn't realize it was under new ownership since I hadn't been there for awhile, it's too bad the old owner didn't still own it, this place used to be amazing. I ordered an Irish cream latte with almond milk, apparently that was too much for her to handle because I guarantee based off of how I felt later she used regular milk. She completely disregarded my food allergy and I paid for it later. When I asked if she accidentally used regular milk, she copped and attitutude and couldn't believe I would ask such a question. I wish I had my time and $5 back. More brew and less tude. read more
