The place had gotten good reviews online, so we decided to check it out. We were in the middle of a rainy/foggy stretch on the east side of the mountains, so it just felt like a good day for some soup-esk! We had a ton of great standard options, including meatball, chicken, beef, tripe, and even a seafood option. My early days of got me hooked on the meatballs, so we had to try it. We also got a seafood all, and as a side, we had fried quail! We've been a lot of places, and I've never seen quail as an option. These things came out spatchcocked like a boss, and we're quite delicious! The food came out quickly, the folks working here were very friendly, and the place had just a really chill vibe. It was a nice spot to enjoy some delicious soup and bird on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We can tell why people like this place and will be back the next time we come through town!
