This is the worst lawyer in my opinion on the planet!!!!! They do not care about you at all! They settled my final settlement without my consent! They gave over 30 thousand dollars of my money away and never got consent from me! so they breached my contract and then proceeded to take 40 thousand dollars of my money!!!! Beware!!!!! My husband took me to their office on strong pain meds right after getting out of the hospital and had me hire them. Once I got off of the pain meds and started to think clearly, I begged to get out of the contract. I did a lot of my own work plus I filed my own pip and my own under insured motorist and Kim kept telling me Marty would do me right. They did not let me out if my contract and took 40 thousand dollars of my money! I got completely screwed and I almost died in my wreck! This is the best law firm in America for truck wrecks! The verdicts this firm has received are unbelievable. No other lawyers or law firms during my thirty plus years of practicing law handling car and truck wrecks have verdicts anywhere near what this firm has done. Any individual with a serious injury from a truck wreck should consult this firm. I have watched them try three cases now, two of them had verdicts over $100,000,000. Seriously. My wife was rear ended in an automobile accident and this Firm was recommended. It happened in 2013 and it took three YEARS to finally go to court. In that 3 years we had to call to get updates on case because they would not keep us informed. Finally only ONE week before trial we had to again call them. Attorney Marty Young apologized and said he had been in court. Two days later he calls my wife and tells her he is going to turn her case over to another Firm, with only 4 days left to go to court, WOW! The attorneys for other firm were very nice but lacked the experience of Firm we retained Goudarzi &a young, in fact they had NEVER tried a civil case in smith county! When we get to court we find out they do not have my wife's Doctor there, that's right No Medical Professional to testify and Validate my wife's injuries. After pre trial discussion with Judge they came over to us and said we just got our asses handed to us. They were not prepared or Experienced at all. We LOST, my wife was rear ended while sitting still and we lost. Didn't even get us our medical bills paid. So now my wife is still injured and we are now liable for all medical bills. Very unprofessional but worse no CARE for their client whatsoever, just passing her case after 3 years. I do not recommend this Firm read more
