Well, when I did not hear from anyone from him or his business within 3 weeks I called his office and was told he was in a meeting, so I left a message asking him to call me. The lady who answered the phone said it could be the next morning before he returned my call. I waited several days and he never called me. So, I called his cell phone and left a voicemail. I waited a few days and when he did not return my call I called his cell phone again, this time he answered. He told me he was in a meeting and would call me back in 30 minutes. That was over a week ago. In my view he is very unprofessional.

Was advised by Jase that it would be fixed shortly after it was installed back in October. it is now almost January and he will not return my emails or answer my calls. The last time I spoke to him I had to call with my personal cell phone on a number he did not recognize to get him to answer and the sign is still not fixed.
