I filed in 2009, was making payments, and of course they did my taxes and received all all my…read moregovernment benefits. I had never before claimed bankruptcy and didn't really know much to start. In 2010 I was sent a letter from them for a court date claiming I had not paid, even thought I should have been paid off, they took me to court while I was there I was, I went into labor and had to leave. I called and told them I could pay the final $87 dollars, tax time rolled around they claimed all my taxes once again, and then in 2011 sent me a letter saying my file was closed. I figured this was a discharge never told otherwise. Fast forward to this year and I call them asking for a copy of my paper work because it has been 11 years and I can not seem to find my copy, to only find out they did not discharge me and just closed my damn file after being paid in full, then tell me they will charge me 1500 plus the 87 they never recorded in the first place, and that I am still bankrupt. I'm sure most will blame me but I honestly have proof of them taking all my tax income which more then covered all costs! extremely annoyed and would never recommend them for anyone! Not to mention your snoody and rude receptionist that has no idea how to handle clients properly.

He asked me for a $300 payment as a show of good faith which I email transferred on 12/13/24. After that he broke communication with me. I reached out 4 times between 12/16/24 and 12/30/24 with no answer or response. Each time I reached out I could see that him and his wife both read my messages but decided not to reply. Today is 12/30/24 and I called him and he answered telling me that he is no longer going to file on my behalf. I asked for my money back and he said that he has to send it by cheque. I have ZERO confidence that I will receive my money back. Please do your research and beware before doing business with this so called "Trustee". Don't get scammed like me!
