The staff are friendly and helpful, and always have the best recommendations if you're overwhelmed with all the choices in the menu. The food is so flavorful and enriching that it makes me home-sick, and the dish is decorated beautifully to take an instagram-worthy pic. I ordered something involving mixed vegetables and pork, which I expected to be char siu (not an unreasonable expectation) but it turned out to be just simple cuts of pork loin. The portion was fairly large which was nice, and the wait staff was very kind. I think for the most part, people will enjoy this place. It just leans much much closer to American-Chinese food. Even for American-Chinese food, though, it really did lack any sort of ethnic zing.
