In addition to that, he gave us some major discounts (probably close to $100 in discounts), hooked me up with some amazing juice and even pointed me in the right direction for finding a good tattoo artist (completely off topic, but his recommendation was the best I've had so far). Came in to buy a full vape setup. Asked if they included a free bottle of juice if you buy a full setup(mod, batts, tank, charger, coils). They employee said "no" and began to tell me that all the employees got in trouble for giving away over $40,000 in free stuff to customers this last year. 1...I've never seen a shop not give someone a free 10mil bottle of house blend juice to someone spending $150+ on equipment that is half that online with 2 day shipping(you pay more when u dont want to wait and it's nice to hold it in your hand to see how it feels before you buy it so I I get it) 2...that free 10mil is good advertising of your house blend and let's face it it prolly cost about $3 or less to make amd would have made the person feel like they got a better deal and got a "hook up". I just wanted to try it to see if I liked it cause house blends are cheaper than "premium" and if it was good I could save some money. 3...I'm not one of those people who got some of that $40,000 in free stuff so dont treat me like I was only there for freebies. 4...even after all of that I tried to buy some house blend before we left to only get told they only had 6mg nic in that flavor. No 0. No 3. Not like there wasnt a lil lab right thru that door behind the counter where they make it to order. Caught the impression he just wanted us gone. Not sure why. I came to buy a full setup and juice and now we will never go back there. *Update* called general manager after he replied to this review. He apologized for his staff and offered a discount and " would make it worth my while to come back". He said he was going to work the next day 8-5 and to come see him. Took a Uber there at 330pm and walked in and asked for him. Was told he left for the day. No customers in the store, just the employees friends hanging out. Atmosphere was bad, like I interrupted their day and was a inconvenience to them. Asked about a juice again, and again all out of it in all nicotine strengths. Left kind of embarrassed for the second time. Tried calling the manager back to set up a different time to come back. No answer. Emailed him. No response. Called store 3 times today. No answer. I should never have gone back. Embarrassed twice and out $20 for uber. Will never go back. Not even for a free mod. Not going to give them the chance to do it 3 times. I will tell everyone about this shop with horrible customer service, arrogant employees, and not following thru with what they say they are going to do. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Austin who attempted to help me find a new atomizer for an old tank. He went back and tried to find it but was unsuccessful, although they weren't able to find the atomizer their customer service skills were amazing! All 4 guys came out trying to help assist Austin. That's when Kenny changed direction and tried helping me find a new tank. He was so knowledgeable on the products and instantly found me a tank that was compatible not only with my mod but my budget as well. I have never physically been in one of their brick and mortar stores, always on line and its ALWAYS been excellent. I don't know WHAT is going on with these guys over the last few months, but customer service is NON EXSISTENT. Emails to customer service are going unanswered on an order placed almost 20 days ago. They had no problem taking my $$ right away, cannot get a straight answer as to where my order is. Get it together PLEASE. I don't usually like to say negative things but gourmet vapors have the absolute worst tasting vapor liquid I have ever had. Something about their packaging makes their product look great so I keep trying new flavores only to be disappointed over and over. The taste never matches the description and they all have a generic flavor to them and some closer to dish soap then what they are supposed to be. Not trying to be rude but I feel people need to be aware. I have spent a lot of money trying to find something good with this brand only to be disappointed over and over again. read more

I'm from Vegas and theres a pretty well established Vape scene out there, lots of shops with really nice experienced people, but I have never seen a shop with such a wide collection of stuff! If you're new to vaping, they can defiantly help you out. If you know what you're doing, I don't think there's anything you can find in there. I'm a brand new vapor and am still working out my new vaporesso freedom edition vape. They were so unbelievably professional and nice. I was worried I would be degraded as a vape idiot (which I am lol). They made me feel comfortable and gave me samples to smell. I didn't vape them because I didn't know to work it I will never go anywhere else and y'all shouldn't either! Customer service was excellent. It is more like a 5 star rating. The rating is low because their juice is too sugary. The Smarties vapor I got here was more like lime rickey. I don't like vaps with more than needed additives like dye's. The purple dye is one of the worst dyes for you. I love the Smarties vap at Vapor Mania because there is no purple dye in it, plus it taste more like smarties. I also got the Scooby Snack from Gourmet Vapors and it taste really good but all the sugar in it feels like it is rotting my teeth. Both of these vaps have dried out my mouth and are making my mouth hurt. I don't have this problem at Vapor Mania. The only other place I have have got vapors is River Walk and I did have the dry mouth problem from them as well. Their prices are great. Just don't care for their juices read more

They had, and I assume still have, some off the most consistently good e-juice available; but, and I realize this has not been ENTIRELY their fault (can you say FDA?), I've had trouble every time they've changed sites (once) or "improved" their age verification procedures. Their poor choices/inexperience Vis-à-vis IT matters has been a source of frustration which eventually, I'm sad to say, caused me to shy away from the site. read more

I live really close to this location and loved my mod I bought but when it came to juice and I asked what they would recommend all of them were the worst flavors I have ever had and they were $30 a bottle that I had to waste because they were gross. I used to love coming in every few days to stock up on all my vape needs. Over the last 9 months I can no longer purchase nearly any of the items I exclusively bought from you. Every time I come into the shop they are out of almost every juice. The juice they do recommend they say is a top seller, so I buy it expecting to be able to consistently purchase it if I like it since it's a top seller. That is never the case, I come in with a list of the last 15 -20 "top selling juices" that I've been sold and you guys do not have any in stock. You get a new juice company every week but can't commit to anything on your shelves. Even atomizers for my falcon tank that I know Are extremely popular I can barely ever find, same with my Valyrian and my Orion pod. All recommended by your employees, and all have been ridiculous to try and get atomizers for. The response is always "we will have it tomorrow" which is a complete lie I'll come in every day for a week and they won't get it in .I've talked to other customers in the shop while I'm waiting and it seems like everyone is having the same problem saying you guys are going downhill. One of your employees saw my frustration and informed me I can specifically order any products I need directly through the manager I was given his email and phone number. I've tried multiple times to get ahold of him to order the product you already cary in store and no reply, I've talked to him personally in shop and he gives me a run around answer pretty much saying either "we are expecting the product tomorrow" and It never comes or tell me they don't know if they will continue to sell the product even if it's brand new and apparently a top seller. Why would you get a product in if your only gonna Cary it once? That makes no sense to me. It is terrible business. I'm sorry if I seem frustrated but I'm tired of being lied to and manipulated. I'd love to continue business with you but at this moment Untill something is fixed you lost a customer. read more

Can't think of anything they could do to make this place better. Well, I'm not thrilled with the one way street out of the parking lot, but that's just life...no biggie. Super comfortable, classy, and SO MUCH variety. Staff is fantastic and can answer any question regarding vaping - they absolutely KNOW their products. Prices range from super cheap to top of the line mods so they'll have something for you regardless of budget. Their selection of juice just seems to go on and on, so best to know "somewhat" what you want since browsing could take hours. They've always got something on sale, have a great military discount, and I love their loyalty program that keeps my points on the system until I want to use for $$ off any purchase. Anyone giving this place less than five stars most likely didn't understand what they were doing or tried to return stuff outside a warranty. Warranty covers defects...not "I just don't like it."
