It's welcoming, down-to-earth, and has something for everyone--from sweaty, high-energy power flows to deeply relaxing restorative classes. Every instructor I've taken class with has been fantastic, and the membership is super reasonable (plus it gets you access to all ten Go Yoga locations--yes, please!). Dealing with these people is a DISASTER. After first inquiring about membership, I received repeated phone calls and texts from their office and it felt incredibly pushy. That was a huge red flag and honestly I shouldn't have gone forward with it but I decided to do a $50 intro monthly membership as I was advised they have a money back guarantee and I would not be locked into a renewing membership moving forward as long as I did the 8 classes. You are required to go in person and cancel which again I found pushy but sadly ignored that one too The business has multiple locations in Columbus, but I found getting to them to be a bit of a hassle. The locations I went to didn't have a parking lot so I had to grab street parking each time which caused me to be rather frazzled getting in on time and settling down. I did several classes, they were just okay. The instructors were fine. Because of the aforementioned issues and just lack of satisfaction, I decided to cancel my membership when I went to my final class. Again, I was met with pushback and an attempt to sell me on renewing which I again refused (red flag 3) The next day I was called by ANOTHER person attempting to get me to reconsider my cancellation (red flag 4!) I advised I already stated I wasn't interested, that the working and commute situations weren't good and there's plenty of yoga studios in clintonville I can attend so I will just go there. I THOUGHT that was the end of it. Well today I noticed the charge on my account for another full month of membership for $99 (red flag 5!) at this point I felt like this was a seedy business and made sure to take a picture of my signed cancellation before I left that day. At this point I was absolutely furious. I had completed all my requirements when trying out the studio and found it wanting and so I didn't want to go any longer. I had not pressed to get my original payment back per the agreement but at this point, they aren't even honoring my cancellation and taking time out of my day to argue with them so I asked them to reverse the charge, that I want my original $50 back and I wanted nothing further to do with them. Emerald Dean responds back and because my issues with cancellation stated are logistics and parking and wasn't because I didnt "notice a difference in mind, body and spirit" (no I am not joking) it was not a valid reason to cancel I swear you cannot make this stuff up. Like how am I supposed to notice a positive impact in my mind body and spirit when I told you I hate the driving and parking and I don't want to go there anymore? Red flag 6 if you're still counting. I really enjoyed my yoga class at Goyoga the instructor Emerald, was welcoming and made sure I was getting into the poses correctly. I even managed to do a few I didn't think I could! I highly recommend giving her class a try! read more

I cancelled my membership and yet am still getting charged. Emerald was concerned enough to call me when I put in my cancelation notice yet won't return my phone calls now that they have charged me fraudulently. I've always loved yoga but if I'm being honest, it hasn't been on my priority list lately. After a stressful week I finally decided it was time to get back into it and a friend recommended that I try Goyoga. They have a several different locations around Columbus and the reviews they did have, were awesome. It was also lovely to learn that my first class was free. I signed up for a hot yoga class and once it was over, I was immediately impressed and eager to go again. They also have an awesome deal for newbies, $40 for unlimited yoga your first month. Now, that's a major steal! So, I signed up for a month and instantly felt good about my decision. I really love that I can sign up for classes online and I can visit the various locations they have around town. Now, this location specifically is in the basement of a rather big building in Grandview. There's a lot of parking around the building, which made it very easy to get settled in. The staff greeted me when I arrived and they were very friendly while they were checking me in. I loved how the space was super accommodating. They had a little room with cubbies for your stuff and they had all the yoga necessities, even spare mats at no extra charge! Now, I signed up for hot yoga and I got to say, the room was not very hot. I was even right next to a heater and there was a brief moment where I thought, "I'm actually cold right now and this doesn't make very much sense." However, it was the very first class of the day and I imagine it takes a while to warm up. Maybe next time I'll do a hot class later in the day. The space was also huge and realistically it's got to take a while to heat up. I can say that instructor had fantastic energy and her guidance was just what I needed. Given that I'm out of practice, it was nice to be in a class that varied in experience where the instructor was a perfect fit. She shared how to make each move easier or harder, depending on where you're at with your practice. I'd be happy to take another class with her! I'll definitely be back and I imagine that after my first month is up, I'll continue. Their regular monthly pricing is very reasonable compared to prices at other places around town and the convenience of multiple locations and online booking is hard to beat! read more

I have been going to GoYoga for 10+ years. I love the multiple locations, the variety of classes, and the welcoming atmosphere. The price is great compared to the other studios in town and there are countless styles of classes including barre and meditation and they have them available all day from 5:45 AM - 8:20 PM. There are always fun workshops and themed events. Everything is very accessible and relaxed. Being a yogi has done wonders for both my physical and mental health. Thanks GoYoga! read more

In love with all things GoYoga. My friend and I have been going consistently for a few months now and we're loving it. GoYoga has a wide selection of classes ranging from beginner to advanced. Some of my favorite classes include heated flows, slow flows, power heated, and fit flow. Every yoga teacher genuinely cares about each student and were so welcoming our first few times there. I personally love this location because the room is spacious and the classes are never over crowded. Parking can sometimes be an issue but the instructors are working on gaining access to more parking in lots near by. read more
