Replenish is a family business in downtown Columbus with the goal of helping others "find peace in the midst of city life" And I will start off by saying the ambiance and entire vibe of this place is amazing. While I have never tried any of their spa services, one of my favorite Saturday morning rituals is to start the day off with a yoga class in the carriage building in the back. As I said before the room is gorgeous, the classes range from restorative to a bit more challenging. On Saturday mornings they have a free 8:30 meditation followed by a restorative donation class which is great if you are either new to yoga or are trying to be a bit less mobile. The 10:30 on Saturday's is more of work out which is also great. The teachers are all knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and I always leave feeling better than when I came. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I have received many massages but this is by far the BEST I have ever had. The building is adorable and the parking was convenient. The ambiance inside feels so cozy and relaxing, like a friends house. I checked in and then placed my shoes on a rack and was led up the stairs to another small waiting area. It was very cute and I loved the vibe. The massage room was so pretty and smelled wonderful. The bed was heated and comfortable and everything felt very clean while not feeling like a hospital or too sterile. The massage itself was impeccable. I have never felt so nurtured and cared for during a spa service. It felt like Wauvette truly wanted to heal me inside and out and she was amazing!! Everything was relaxing, soothing, and restorative. She began the service by encouraging me to take deep breaths which I have never had someone do before a massage before! It really set the tone for relaxation. She was professional, and respectful and literally has magic hands. I reached a level of calm physically and emotionally that I didn't know was possible for me! This is spa is an oasis for people to come and be surrounded with love and care. I was nervous to go to spa as a man and didn't really have any expectations on what to expect. As soon as you enter the spa you are met with a clean a refreshing atmosphere and greeted by a staff member at the door. I had recently had surgery and went there for a pamper me day after I recovered. I needed an accommodation due to my size and they not only made the accommodation, it was ready and waiting when I got there. That made everything so peaceful. You start with a nice cup of tea. The services were top notch. All of the staff are kind, calm, peaceful and knowledgeable. I was peaceful and pampered when I left there. The building which was once a large house, is beautiful. I've only been here two times, but each time has been so magical, exceeding my expectations. The spa is in an old Victorian building with lots of charm. Decorated beautifully. The receptionist is very informative and follows COVID guidelines by making sure guests are wearing masks, receive a temperature check, sanitize their hands (followed by a warm towel and coconut oil). Love replenish, but not my massage from Diamond. She acted as though she was bothered by my presence and could care less about her job. She did not target the areas of my body that I specified and once my massage was done, immediately left the room and did not ask how the massage was or give any feedback regarding the state of my body and areas of concern, like other masseuse have done, here and other places I've been. This is my favorite place to go! I love the energy of the house. The customer service is the best I've had anywhere in Columbus. The last facial I got gave me amazing results on my skin for weeks. I kept falling asleep during the facial because I was so relaxed. I always get my nails done here. Love that they don't use UV lights. I've also had massages here and they've all been top notch. I've been to Replenish a couple of times over the past few months. To be honest, I was always a big fan of Woodhouse Day Spa, but felt like my experience there had been dropping over the past year. A friend suggested I give Replenish a try. First, the building was beautiful and warm. I loved how open and bright the spa felt, giving clients privacy, but not feeling closed off and dark. I love all the inspiration messages throughout the building. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They use all natural products and at the beginning of the session ask you to focus on mindfulness and to leave the stress of the day at the door. They have their own twist to each service they offer and I have yet to have a bad experience there with the 5 services I have had. I will definitely be back. read more

The aesthetician that has done my brows for years and years moved to Colorado. I tried to find someone to show my brows some love but learned the hard way that not all brow artists are created equal. Left with some very skimpy brows, I just let them go for several months then came here to see Deja. Someone I trust with my brows referred me to go see her. Sooooooo happy that I did. I will post a before and after shot of my brows. I am getting married in 10 days. Now I will actually have good looking brows for my big day! One word, Oasis. This was a delightful find on my trip to Columbus. Women owned co-op full of positive energy and synergy. It rivals all the day saps I've ever been to all over the world. Rose delivered a perfect massage that rid my body of travel aches and pains coupled with intense stress. I added on a polish change and was treated with loving care and my nails look fabulous. I was having the dull and blah winter skin, and I needed a little brightening up. Y'all, this was the most amazing spa service I've ever had. Rahela was outstanding -- so kind, funny, and caring. The experience was nothing like I've ever had before. Every fiber of my body was relaxed. The facial itself was soothing and gentle, but really effective. All their products are organic and easy on my sensitive skin. When I got up, I felt the most bliss I've felt in forever. And my skin looked amazing! I totally had the glow going on. This is the best spa in Columbus, hands down. I have been here for individual services, date nights and now a wedding spa day and every experience has been wonderful. Today we started with a relaxation meditation session and then each had a 30 and 60 minute service. We had our own room with delicious snacks, water and tea for between sessions. I had a facial there and though it was lovely at the time, that night I started experiencing significant stinging on my lower face and neck. The next morning it was clear that I had burns all over from a product they applied. I left a voicemail and texted the spa two days later to ask for suggestions on how to treat my symptoms and never heard back from them. I'm on day five and it still stings and looks awful! I understand that sometimes things happen, but not getting a call back feels very unprofessional and uncaring. read more

Rahela was so attentive during my facial and made a point to ask me about all my allergies and needs, as they're more than most. I didn't really know what to expect. The space is absolutely stunning! This business is situated within a gorgeous historic house. The overall ambience, decor, and aesthetic is very welcoming and relaxing. Wauvette was an incredible massage therapist. She took time to listen and address my concerns. Everything felt amazing and I left feeling better and more centered. If I lived here, I would definitely come back. It is a bit expensive, but there were tons of little extras that were included in my massage (such as aromatherapy, heating pads, socks, etc. All of those little, nice touches make a bit difference in the quality of the experience. read more

Love, love, love this spa! Only regret is that I discovered it 2 months before leaving Columbus...womp womp. Today was my 2nd visit, & they were bright and peppy even at 7:45am. Lexi greeted me with a genuine smile, and offered up strawberry bread baked up fresh by Wauvette. Strawberry bread y'all! I booked a 90 minute massage with Wauvette. When I got upstairs she greeted me with a hug, and told me to take my time finishing my bread and tea. She said "sometimes we all just need a moment to sit you know?". I appreciated those extra minutes bc that bread was so good lol. The massage rooms are super cute, with lovely touches everywhere. I especially love the white blankets on each bed, adds a nicer touch than just a white sheet. The oils she used smelled heavenly, and of course I fell asleep. Wauvette's hands are magical, and this is one of the best massages I've ever had. This isn't light praise, I'm a cynical New Yorker, and you know we don't like to pay compliments to just anyone. I'll definitely be back, would love to get a facial. So, to sum this up, book yourself a trip to Replenish. Ok, so I have had a lot of facials, in a lot of different cities and countries and hands down this is one of the best facials I experienced. Tina is a AMAZING! It's hard to fully describe the full experience because it was filled with so many little touches that made this facial so special. The bed is heated and the most comfortable I've laid on. Tina is a true professional and doesn't speak during the treatment making it truly relaxing, thus, allowing your senses to surrender to the experience. Midway through, a pillow of sorts is placed on your midsection that just elevates the relaxation experience. Then booties are placed on your feet after foot massage while a mask rests on your face. The Sixty is so much more than a facial. It is a total relaxation and therapeutic experience. The bar has definitely been raised from this facial. In addition to great services, the spa itself, is just so well appointed and cozy. The place is just filled with love and definitely given off by all the staff there. My mother and I visited Replenish a couple days ago for the 30 minute facial. Upon entering the building, we were struck by the beautiful house in which the spa is located. There is parking in a lot behind the house. It's very cozy and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and seemed quite passionate about what they do. After checking in, we were offered complimentary tea/water as well as granola bars. Deja provided the facials for both my mother and I. She is extremely friendly, professional, and knows how to make you feel comfortable (bra/no bra, lay on blankets or under, etc). I won't give away the facial experience but it was overall it was very relaxing and every product she used smelled wonderful. 30 minutes was sufficient for me, but perhaps an hour would be a good idea for those who feel like they have more complicated skin issues, since the facial doesn't include extractions. We noticed that after we left the spa, we could see dirt and debris coming off our face in rolls every time we rubbed or used a towel. As a result, I've noticed a glowing quality to my skin that had been previously dampened by sun exposure and build up. I appreciate the fact that her treatment was able to accomplish this without using a harsh or painful exfoliant. Overall, would definitely recommend this spa and can see myself going back once I've saved up a little more $$$ ! read more

I requested deep tissue and it seemed to be more of a swedish massage. Given the extra price compared to other places I've gone to in the area, I'm not sure if I'll visit this place again. read more
