It was the longest round and least enjoyed I've ever played. So I'd saw play at your own risk.

My elderly, disabled, folks stayed at World Mark location at Arrow Point for a week this summer…read more The location is adjacent to Members-Only Gozzer Ranch Lake Resort on Lake Coeur d'Alene. We planned a family gathering one evening, and I borrowed my uncle's Pontoon boat to make the folks trip across the lake easier. I drove the boat around the dock perimeter to a calm part of the dock about 50 feet from shore. While I tied up, I asked my son to find and direct my folks to our spot. Within seconds, a Gozzer Ranch employee directed us to immediately remove our boat to the wavy, rough side of the dock. You know, the side of the dock where the waves are sometimes so rough, you fear the bow of your boat will end up on the dock. I explained why we were there, that we would be only 5 minutes to pick up my folks who were limited in their mobility. My father has a walker, Mom is unable to walk long distances. "No," he pointed and said. "Move your boat to the area over there, which I have generously provided for you." My son found my folks on shore. The had been forbidden access to the dock with a paved walkway. Instead, Mom and Dad and my son were diverted to a gravel, potholed, service access road which is about 200 yards in length...with a walker. I am disappointed that the Gozzer Ranch employee could not see beyond Club Rules and accomodate a couple of elderly people. In order for this to be posted, I am required to give it a star rating. Non-members are not allowed access to the property or ammenities, and so I feel unable to rate any attributes of Gozzer Ranch Lake Resort Club other than the dock interaction.

For adults though, it is a bit much with how loud the place is and the lack of care from staff. The furniture in the cabanas is hardly worth sitting on because all of the padding is gone. The key to the lockbox didn't work and there is no privacy. The rooms were a good size but again, the furniture is old and worn out! The room, like other reviews, was not fully cleaned. Loaded dishwasher wasn't ran, gum on a closet wall and toothpick still on the floor. Overall, if I can help it, I will not be returning.

I took my teenage son who's learning and they have a great rate for juniors of $20 for nine holes and my parents. Upon check in everybody was very helpful when you go to the clubhouse to get some drinks they're very nice and put your drinks in a bag of ice for you so you can take them out on the course all the way to the ending when you bring back the golf cart. The golf helper was happy to take our cart and even put my rental clubs back into the pro shop for me. Great experience highly recommend whether you're playing solo or with your family.

The atmosphere is peaceful with amazing scenery all around, and the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect mix of challenging but still enjoyable for all skill levels. The clubhouse food is solid, the prices are fair, and it's a place you truly look forward to coming back to. 10/10 recommend -- easily one of the best local golf experiences in North Idaho. I heard some kid named Jacob Williams shot a eagle on hole 7. Someone others in the group were rather envious!

Fairways are narrow. Straight drives are necessary. Greens are small and hard to hit and hold. Luckily there are only a few bunkers because the course is hard enough. Hole 7 if you feel lucky you can tee up and hit your drive to cut the corner of a orchard fence and end up in the fairway shortening the length of the hole. Never a dull moment on this course.

Tee markers are there sort of sometimes. The fairways are, not joke, cow pastures on hills. So many dandelions in bloom or in seed finding my ball mid fairway was a challenge. ( Ball color made no difference ) I have run mowers on golf courses and IMO these fairways had not been cut since 2025. The greens, on the other hand, were in good ( Not great ) condition. Let me say, I am by no stretch a golf course snob. I truly love Colfax, St. John, Orofino and a list of other 9 hole 'rural' golf courses. This is not a private club; I get it. But if you don't have the staff to run a fairway mower, at the very least let players know BEFORE they pay and play. Summary: This left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The "host" could/should have offered to refund my money after he interviewed me. Conclusion: The photos on the web site are very unfair for potential customers. Will I return in the summer or 2026? I'm on the bubble. The Owners need to know this experience. I doubt this facility is a cash cow. Keep this shit up and it will return to a dairy farm. (No pun intended; clever though, huh?)
