Then checked out by a different associate. It was not busy. If I didn't have gift card I wouldn't have stayed. Bunch of kids looking for employee discounts and the customers are an inconvenience. Lacks experience, training and general people skills.Very combative. The simulator is pretty ho-hum by comparison to many. The mat in #1 is very worn and if you play golf mostly in shopping mall parking lots, this is absolutely for you. Ball alignment and placement is critical the sensors and time consuming. This is very low tech equipment and best scraped. I had a simple question regarding the operation. Luke and his co-worker couldn't figure it out. I left. Save yourself the frustration.
