However, this was our first time…read morevisiting, and unfortunately the behavior of multiple staff members completely ruined the experience. Because of this, we will not be returning. I was simply riding along in the cart, which has never been an issue at any other course. The staff member at the first tee told us that the pro shop had called ahead to say it was "extremely strange" that I was riding along while my boyfriend golfed. She repeated several times that it was "strange and weird," and emphasized that they would "let it slide this time," but not in the future. This interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. After the first hole, another staff member approached both us and the group we were paired with and told us to hurry up and start dropping balls because we were "taking too long." We fully understand and respect pace of play, but at no point was the group behind us waiting. For reference, each hole should take no more than 15 minutes and we completed 9 holes in just over an hour. There was no dilly dallying nor was anybody just taking their time. Despite this, he continued to follow us for the next 9 holes approaching us 3 different times, which felt excessive, intrusive, rude and incredibly unfriendly. We would have had a completely different experience if these concerns had been communicated respectfully. Instead, the tone and approach of the staff made what should have been a relaxing outing feel stressful and unpleasant. We came to enjoy some time out of the house after putting our dog down, and unfortunately left feeling worse than when we arrived. Because of this experience, we will not be returning or recommending this course.

Tee boxes are always well kept, fairways are fairways (not hard-panned runways like many courses in the area), and greens are challenging but will reward accurate putters. With four sets of tees to accommodate various handicaps, it plays to all types of golfers, and with open areas aplenty, your errant tee shots can be found and played. The newly-added pot bunkers on three of the holes make for challenging shots, for sure. My only criticism--ball washers at the tee boxes would be greatly appreciated!!

The mat in #1 is very worn and if you play golf mostly in shopping mall parking lots, this is absolutely for you. Ball alignment and placement is critical the sensors and time consuming. This is very low tech equipment and best scraped. I had a simple question regarding the operation. Luke and his co-worker couldn't figure it out. I left. Save yourself the frustration.

Every time we have gone in Bill was working and he couldn't be a better face for the business. Just a genuinely nice man that wants you to enjoy your time at their business. He is very enthusiastic about golf and there is absolutely no pretentious feeling given whatsoever. They also do instruction here and from what I've heard they are particularly good with kids. Access is easy off of Division and they have a large parking lot.

I took my teenage son who's learning and they have a great rate for juniors of $20 for nine holes and my parents. Upon check in everybody was very helpful when you go to the clubhouse to get some drinks they're very nice and put your drinks in a bag of ice for you so you can take them out on the course all the way to the ending when you bring back the golf cart. The golf helper was happy to take our cart and even put my rental clubs back into the pro shop for me. Great experience highly recommend whether you're playing solo or with your family.
