Please do yourself a favor and google "Stewart Raccuglia Georgia" and you will find everything you need. Throughout our experience with him; he would disappear for several weeks, we caught him in several lies, he was verbally abusive, and did extremely poor quality work. We had to get the police involved twice; and eventually had to get lawyers involved and a trespass affidavit. We incurred well over $20k in unforeseen and undisclosed costs with never signing a work change order which is required by the contract. The project was supposed to take 5 weeks and it took 7 months. Stewart didn't follow through with necessary inspections and permits as he said he would (and we paid him $1500 to do). He called me a narcissistic deadbeat who can't pay my bills and he insulted my husband's appearance (my husband suffers from MS). He gave our security code to a stranger without our authority. He unplugged our security cameras several times and didn't plug them back in when we asked him to. And at the end of it all, we have a brand new pool with leaks, drains that were improperly installed, and a liner that needs to be replaced (for $13k at our cost). Please avoid Stewart and his companies Legacy Brick and Stone and Legacy Custom Pools. This experience has been so stressful, upsetting, traumatizing, and expensive. When he sees this; I'm sure he will call me a liar and say this is slander. I will include pictures of everything I have stated, they are facts not lies. His lawyer has threatened me asking that I take this down but I am reposting because I do not respond to threats or intimidation and I want to save others from this horrific experience.

Not surprised at all to see a low ratings and reviews for Craftsman's fence corp. All 5 phases of our project have been an absolute disaster. It was a terrible stressful experience with this unprofessional company. If you have dogs, they don't care and will NOT listen to customer needs. They do what they want and run away. They will yes you and "No problem" but quickly forget to follow up. Beach Fence: We couldn't have been more clear since our dogs safety is priority. Our beach fence installation was a total failure not securing both side on our property, Cedar Fence: Cracked posts at base, split black molded posts installed. Aluminum Fence " We work with the land we are given" what a joke. Terrible and overpriced. PVC Fence Did NOT install fence where we wanted it leaving a gap. Automated Gate disaster - Dogs are our priority as I mentioned and they made us a custom18ft. gate leaving a very large gap underneath . The gap was big enough for a large 75lbs+ dogs to easily escape, never mind smaller dogs. The road out front is high traffic and dangerous but that didn't matter. " It's perfect" Tom (Sales Rep) Tom lacks candor. Also, WE FOUND THE WIRING INSIDE THE CONTROL BOX TO BE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. NO DOUBT THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR ISSUE IN THE FUTURE after the 1 year warranty expired. It was set up to fail. Inferior products such as the intercom call box was installed without a camera, The cheapest unit possible. Also, unauthorized "service code" was programmed into our system and we were not told about it. They programmed a code into our call box without our knowledge. Craftsman Fence had a back door key to your property if we didn't discover it. Shady.

It's as if they didn't even listen to a word I said! I would truly love a refund and for them to own up to their mistake...
