I have a very bad experience with your Robinsons Antipolo branch today. I think your staff are favoring certain customers. I registered me and my son for a hair cut. We are num 11-12, willing to wait. I went out since no seat is available inside. After a while, they informed me that we are next, so I said my son can be seated already. Several came in who, apparently, registered earlier and assigned to other vacant barbers, so I waited inside at this time, no complains, until my son was done with his haircut. I was expecting to be called next. But lo and behold, I and my son are made to wait, until when? I do not know. I just moved to another barber shop. We will not patronize your shop anymore. We are customers for years already and I want to say that this is not my first bad experience with your shop. This time, it's enough. read more
