The finished fence looks great, and the installation crew did an excellent job. They were professional, respectful, and produced quality work. Zac also provided a great sales experience. Unfortunately, almost everything after the sale was frustrating. Communication was consistently poor. I repeatedly had to contact the company for updates instead of receiving them proactively. Although Taelyn responded to emails and apologized at times, getting clear answers about scheduling was difficult throughout the project. The biggest issue occurred on my scheduled installation day. I took time off expecting the crew to arrive, but no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call several times before learning the crew was delayed on another project. I was first told they would arrive that afternoon, only to later learn they weren't coming at all. Delays happen, but customers should be informed instead of having to chase updates. Even after the installation was complete, I had to request my final invoice for two days before receiving a payment link. Shortly after paying, I received a request to leave a review. The fence itself deserves five stars. My two-star rating reflects the company's communication and project management. If those had matched the quality of the installation crew, this would have been a completely different review. read more

Graber Fence & Deck is true to their word! They communicated with me without me having to hunt them down (via email). The fence looks wonderful! No gaps between or under the fence. They got it super close to the ground & before they started asked if I wanted it that way since I have dogs. They completed their work in 1 day when I expected (they expected too) to finish within 3 days. They also cleaned up after themselves. The fence looks & feels like it's made of good quality. I appreciate that. The work they do, materials used, hours worked in the hot sun, and they haul away the old fence, I'd say is worth what I paid. I almost didn't hire Graber due to overwhelming texts and emails from both Graber and Revamp after meeting with sales rep. They were also priced quite high. But I liked the product! So after negotiating the price lower I went with them. The team did a great job. But they were ordered to install two steps instead of three as written in the contract. Work stopped as I insisted on three. Agreement was reached and I am now pleased with the porch. The team wanted to please me but the company policies don't allow them to make any decisions or changes and they are on a tight schedule to go from one job to the next. They aren't given any room for the unexpected. I feel the company doesn't care about the customer. read more

We used them 2 years ago and it was a fantastic experience. They have now teamed up with a national company, and have gone from a well organized, itemized estimate -- to used car salesman tactics. Pulling prices from midair with no explanation of where they are coming from. Then dropping the price if you don't bite on it. Finally calling their "sales manager" to seal the deal. When I brought this up to the owner, I was told that "America loves this kind of pricing estimates". Along with an explanation that made no sense. I would recommend using someone else that focuses on local work. read more
