The lights, music, (singers of all ages and a live orchestra) and message converge into a must see event. There is no cost for the tickets, but beware they go fast. There are multiple performances, but this is so popular that tickets "sell out". Check their website or fb for release of tickets and be ready to claim yours. The performance will appeal to everyone- it speaks the Christian message (including an invitational), but would not make unbelievers uncomfortable. Based off the years I have been, the performance runs approximately 2 hours. Although this event is definitely child appropriate, take into consideration the length and event times.

We were both very impressed with their full orchestra, children, adults and teenagers that went to such great lengths and I know had to attend many rehearsals for such a wonderful concert. The large Christmas tree structure was very impressive. The church itself was warm and inviting. This event is free to the public and announced on their website. Tickets are encouraged and they are FREE. All they ask is for canned donations and we were more then happy to contribute! An inspiring night for young and old. I look forward to making this one of our annual events to attend.

I benefited from this church…read more Attending on a Sunday morning while passing through in travel, I had no idea what to expect of the service. But, to my pleasant surprise, it proved to be warm, friendly, and, most importantly, spiritually nourishing. Besides consisting of a small, personal gathering of individuals, the service presented a general sentiment of truth, love, and thoughtfulness, without any of the empty charades that characterize some spiritual communities (or so I felt, at least). All in all, I left enriched and buoyed, in a real, meaningful way, for which I am deeply grateful. Keep up the good work :D

My criticism lies with the leadership and the inability to commit to helping members in need when they are specifically asked. Additionally, the pastor, as well as many members, have unfortunately fallen to the woke Liberal culture. If you are someone who does not think that politics matter, you might get what you need from this church. I brought up concerns with the leadership that the policies and beliefs that Joe Biden and the Democratic Party stand for are not conducive with Christian values. I was scoffed at and ostracized by the volunteer group I was in because I shared a difference of opinion that happened to be conservative. Many members voted for Joe Biden, leadership included, and I will not have my kids taught by people who believe in abortion, white guilt, open borders, and the trampling of the U.S. Constitution.

Today, Monday, 9/9/2024, and previously, the person inside the donation part did not stop knitting but looked at me still seated, and never even came to the door to acknowledge I had spent my time, gas, and decided to donate items. Is it that Black people are feared? Or the idea that someone has passed up all other options to support a church they do not even attend but want to help in their missionary work is not wanted or appreciated? In any case, this was the final time that I will be donating. I would rather donate to the African children and not know whether they will be helped by my donations or not. Northwood Temple Church will not be in my Will for monetary donations either. I am the African American woman who had two bags of donations and a brand new windshield car cover and the lady sitting inside just looked at me and never stopped knitting or whatever or rose from her seat How un-Christian-like! How rude!!
