It has a transcendent atmosphere where it is easy to connect with the Divine and others. Don't miss this chapel when you visit the Fort Bragg community. I love having all the different activities for my kids, and the fact that my kids can't wait to go to church, speaks volumes to me as a parent. Pastor Richard is amazing. When he preaches, it's like it's just the two of you sitting down in regular conversation. I love that he preaches straight from the Word of God, with life application, and he puts in in a way that challenges me, but not over my head. The music is contemporary, but they do have some hymns. They helped me know truly what I believe in and helped me have a firm foundation. Been looking for a group that doesn't just meet and talk about spiritual warfare(those are good too don't get me wrong) but talk about why we believe in these things, historically, scientifically, logically and many more, have a good fellowship and go out and put to use what we learn, shout out to pastor Kevin fr, amazing guy and very knowledgeable, you'll learn a lot from him. Review of the Singing Christmas Tree, a yearly Christmas tradition…read more The SCT performance is AH-mazing! The sets/decor are mostly simple, but the live Christmas tree is huge and breathtaking. The lights, music, (singers of all ages and a live orchestra) and message converge into a must see event. There is no cost for the tickets, but beware they go fast. There are multiple performances, but this is so popular that tickets "sell out". Check their website or fb for release of tickets and be ready to claim yours. The performance will appeal to everyone- it speaks the Christian message (including an invitational), but would not make unbelievers uncomfortable. Based off the years I have been, the performance runs approximately 2 hours. Although this event is definitely child appropriate, take into consideration the length and event times.

We were both very impressed with their full orchestra, children, adults and teenagers that went to such great lengths and I know had to attend many rehearsals for such a wonderful concert. The large Christmas tree structure was very impressive. The church itself was warm and inviting. This event is free to the public and announced on their website. Tickets are encouraged and they are FREE. All they ask is for canned donations and we were more then happy to contribute! An inspiring night for young and old. I look forward to making this one of our annual events to attend.
