Hope at a daycare that took care of my child
    Chelsey E.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bring your children here. They claim they are a Christian based school but this is the scariest place I've ever experienced. My daughter came home with bruises. When I asked her where they came from she told me "teacher did it" so of course I was livid and confronted them about it. They told me she could have fallen on the playground. Needless to say my daughter wouldn't make eye contact with the teacher she claimed did it. First off, If she did fall they should have had an accident report. So nobody was clearly watching my child. My daughter would cry every day upon leaving for daycare. She never looks happy in the pics they take. I'm going to include pictures of her from when she went to a good daycare where she was happy. And one from grace. You tell me what's wrong with the pictures. Not only that but they make it impossible for single parents to get help financially. My daughters father isn't in the picture. I don't have a drivers license for him or a utility bill etc. he abandoned her when she was born. But they won't accept a certified envelope with an address in Hawaii with his name and address?! How do they expect single parents to get any help at all. This is not a state licensed daycare. Which means they can do what they want when they want. Including being closed over a week during the holidays. I had to take my daughter to a new place while they were closed. Which she never wanted to leave! She loved it! And I would take her there except the fact they close at 5:30 and I work til that time frame. So if my kid can love the place she's at on the first day but still hate the place she's been used to there's clearly something going on at grace. It smells like garbage outside and moth balls. Kids are sleeping in the office. They had me at a 500 dollar balance bc they kept charging me late fees when I told them I was going to make a payment. And to top that off they barely feed them! I saw the breakfast they serve and it's not enough food. My kid is always hungry when I pick her up. She's not being potty trained bc they don't take them to the bathroom enough. They have 30 plus kids in the classrooms and not enough teachers. This is bc they accept everyone! They just want your money! I've been warned before about this place misplacing kids and neglecting them. Please I beg you do not take your kids here. Grace needs to be shut down or investigated

a baby cries alone, instead of being comforted by an adult. my baby sleeps on the reception floor, being treated like a little animal.

This school is the most amazing, creative school with seriously the most caring, down to earth, dedicated, passionate, talented and kind teachers/staff that make it the best school/community there is for Early Learning and VPK in Ft. Myers...hands down! It's not "just a school", it's a unique community and you'll feel like you're part of a family. Everyone there-staff, teachers, and the parents are so kind and sweet, and everyone goes out of their way to make the school just keep getting better and updated by hosting fun events with the kids to raise money, or to have a charity event. Everyone helps each other out however they can. I feel so blessed My son got to go there and I am lucky enough to have seen him start at 3 years old and grow into the kind sweet boy he is today with the help of so many amazing woman there-it takes a village to raise a child. I never once worried about him, and that in and of itself says it all. Also to have been able to go to some of the most creative, beautiful and fun events I've ever been to! Kuddos to everyone at Bright Beginnings Early School and especially to the director of the school Samantha and also Mary for doing all the dirty work behind the scenes and making it look so easy... and for always having a smile on their face every morning and greeting the kids by name as they walk in to make them feel special You can see the love you have for the students and passion for the school. And let's not forget to mention, all of the wonderful teachers who show up every single day and not only teach our kids but go above and beyond! They've shown/taught our children compassion, kindness, what it means to be a good friend, how to behave/treat their classmates and adults , and most importantly about God and Jesus, and what it is to be a good human being in this crazy world...because that is one of the most important things to learn. I highly recommend sending your child or children to this school, as I promise you, you will be more than just satisfied and your child will absolutely love it there..they will learn so much, and in a creative way. There is always something fun going on whether it's the everyday stuff such as the playground, splash pad, play time while also learning things without even realizing it! And then there's always something such as special crafts, events for the parents to get to know each other, Dad's night out, Mom's night out, celebrations during holidays, concerts, charity events, etc. I could go on forever! You will also be amazed at how much they will learn, learn, because their level and expectations of teaching is very high and they do it in a fun way for the kids! But bottom line, if you're looking for an early school for your child this IS THE ONE!

For the past sixty years, Saint Michael Lutheran School has held to this scripture by offering a rigorous, thorough education in a supportive and loving environment. This faith-based, accredited, coeducational Lutheran school lifts our students up by nourishing both mind, body and spirit on an individual level for the Lee County community. Our students, ranging from pre-Kindergarten to the eighth grade, receive a distinctly Christian-based education, rooted in academic excellence, that encourages all of them grow and mature. We encourage the kind of intellectual freedom that comes through the diversity our school enjoys. While we belong to the Lutheran School system (the second largest private school system in the country), we are privileged to have students from nearly every major denomination, ethnic background and economic standing. Our teachers are highly-trained, well-educated people that honestly care not only about their student's grades, but about them as a person. All have achieved degrees at the Bachelor's level, and we encourage them to continue on their own educational journeys as they guide the journeys of others. We hope you and your child will journey with us in both knowledge and faith, as we seek to educate and inspire, going a step beyond a normal education. No adult, especially those that work in education, should publicly harass and berate their students over elements of their lives they have no control over. This school claims to be a model of moral, Christian education, but if they truly believed in the works of Jesus they would not be as hypocritical, unwelcoming, and careless with the children they are supposed to be nurturing.

They claim to want to be like Jesus and want to set the best example but don't and anytime someone comes into the school that isn't perfect they kick them out automatically. I had a friend who was going through his mom's death, and they kicked him out when he started acting up. Which honestly made no sense to me because he has amazing grades and has been there for so long. Obviously a student who just lost a loved one, especially their own mom would go through a hard time or act up as a call for help and they didn't even wanna help him or do anything. They kicked them out because of it. They're also a quite bit racist, my friend who goes there had a friend who got in a fight with a kid and just got suspended and then another friend who threatened to fight a guy and he got kicked out and what a coincidence that the one that was black got kicked out, but the one that was white stayed and was just suspended, even though he actually broke the little kids jaw. Just wanted to let you know Incase you are thinking of letting your student come!

Before sending my son to daycare I had so many fears being that I keep up with the news from around the world and the horror stories I hear that goes on at some daycares made me petrified. But after sending my son here for a while, he started to smile immensely when we pull up to all superstars because he knows where we are! That's how I know my sons is safe here! One thing that really made me trust this place with my whole heart is when I went to pick up my son the other day and the teachers had the kids outside and when one of the workers went and picked up my son to hand him to me he just looked into her eyes with the biggest smile on his face and just rested his head on her shoulder. I saw that he felt safe. And that meant the world to me.
