My daughter Hannah Esther LOVES coming to see her teachers Johanna and Bertha, she gets to play with the other babies and they babble together! Her teachers take the time to teach her how to CRAWL! Hannah Esther has gained so much weight mher pediatrician says she's above average! She's never had a rash nor anything else. My baby gets in about 3-4 hours of solid sleep a day here as well.... a day here and as a matter of fact, Hannah hasn't even caught anything here to make her sick! RUN RUN RUN! These people are far from Christian. Bumps bruises no incident reports, witnessed pulling 2 year old by his arm. He's also autistic and was purposely left with the 1 year olds so they can keep him in a corner. His entire attitude changed the longer he was there. Non verbal so he could not tell us what happened. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bring your children here. They claim they are a Christian based school but this is the scariest place I've ever experienced. My daughter came home with bruises. When I asked her where they came from she told me "teacher did it" so of course I was livid and confronted them about it. They told me she could have fallen on the playground. Needless to say my daughter wouldn't make eye contact with the teacher she claimed did it. First off, If she did fall they should have had an accident report. So nobody was clearly watching my child. My daughter would cry every day upon leaving for daycare. She never looks happy in the pics they take. I'm going to include pictures of her from when she went to a good daycare where she was happy. And one from grace. You tell me what's wrong with the pictures. Not only that but they make it impossible for single parents to get help financially. My daughters father isn't in the picture. I don't have a drivers license for him or a utility bill etc. he abandoned her when she was born. But they won't accept a certified envelope with an address in Hawaii with his name and address?! How do they expect single parents to get any help at all. This is not a state licensed daycare. Which means they can do what they want when they want. Including being closed over a week during the holidays. I had to take my daughter to a new place while they were closed. Which she never wanted to leave! She loved it! And I would take her there except the fact they close at 5:30 and I work til that time frame. So if my kid can love the place she's at on the first day but still hate the place she's been used to there's clearly something going on at grace. It smells like garbage outside and moth balls. Kids are sleeping in the office. They had me at a 500 dollar balance bc they kept charging me late fees when I told them I was going to make a payment. And to top that off they barely feed them! I saw the breakfast they serve and it's not enough food. My kid is always hungry when I pick her up. She's not being potty trained bc they don't take them to the bathroom enough. They have 30 plus kids in the classrooms and not enough teachers. This is bc they accept everyone! They just want your money! The only thing this school does is send a photo of your son weekly, my daughter is 2 years old and has no siblings, when I enrolled in that school she started to bite and push other children, something she never did at home even because she doesn't live with other children except in daycare, from the beginning, I wondered why so many 2-year-old babies are sitting at the daycare reception exposed to any adult who enters and leaves without a mask at the reception, a father enters and leaves the school hallways at any time, if he has a new client, and circulates around the school at any time of the day, having access to other children in the corridors, this should happen after school hours, this is a great lack of security, you never know if you are a maniac, not to mention the lack of commitment in education , endless disorganization, sometimes I left my son for 3 hours with 5 diapers and the bag came back without a diaper, did they have to change diapers for 30 and 30 minutes? the new shoes and clothes came back dirty, I threw out clothes that were used once, because the washing machine didn't clean, because the school floor is filthy, the face was always dirty, my son always seemed to be very hungry after school as if he didn't feed properly, my son didn't learn anything there, I bought all the necessary material to take the diapers off, they never worked on unfurling. They never gave me real feedback, I always questioned about her feeding and unfurling, all they said was everything is fine, yes .. My son didn't learn anything good, I didn't see any improvement, he didn't learn anything about colors or letters, children just play and run on the dirty floor, I started demanding that my son be taught to pee, and in the end I was told that my baby 2 years could not stay in school because it bit children, lol And where were the monitors and what were they doing? We are not talking about a 7-year-old child, but a 2-year-old baby. I sincerely believe that 1, 2 or 3 monitors will not be able to care, guide, educate a 2-year-old baby, nor will they be able to care for any another child. I took my son to another daycare center (bobbie noonan) another level, to visit the school only after hours, the door only opens with the father wearing a mask and when I go to pick up my son I do not have access to other children (what I call security), the shoes and clothes are no longer filthy and very little time has already shown signs of improvement in education, I feel that my son is in heaven now .. ps: in the photo below, it shows the child crying at the reception while he should be in the classroom being comforted by a monitor. and the bottom right, my baby sleeps on the reception floor while waiting for me to fetch. This place is AMAZING!!! My 2 daughters have attended here for the past 2 years and they love it!! I love it!! All of the staff are extremely caring. My daughters love going here and so many of the staff treat us like family. It is such a blessing knowing that my children are safe and having fun and at the same time learning so much!! Thank you Mrs. Amy and Mr. Aaron and all of your beautiful children for taking such great care of my girls! Shout out to Mrs. Amber and Mrs Rachel as well because you guys are the best teachers!! ***SHARE***** I enrolled my two-year-old son and quickly regretted my choice and pulled him out. First things first, walking into it I didn't feel comfortable at all leaving my son the first day. I didn't feel welcomed or like they felt it was necessary to make me more comfortable trusting them with the well-being of my child on a daily basis. I pulled into the school on the first day about 10 minutes before I expected my sons dad to arrive with the boy to send him off on his first day.... while i sat there i tried to read the kids body language as i saw them go into the building as i figured they already know what its like in there.... 4-5 kids were screaming... despite this my innocence angel went into the first day with a smile on his face ready to go.... obviously not knowing what he was in for... When i picked him up and he saw me. HIS body language told me everything i needed to know, he threw himself into my arms balling, as if he was trying to tell me that was the worse experience of his life... I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt because this is new to him and Amy told me that this was a "normal reaction".... Going into the second day, he comes home and has a super runny nose.... already.... not a surprise to me considering they let just anybody right on into the door including pizza delivery guys not requiring masks....also having every kid bring cups in from home (also not sanitary during covid)... I picked him up and again, he fell into my arms, in tears. Day three was going to be a short day for him and in my heart I knew it would be his last. I came early to pick him up and there was A LITTLE GIRL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR ON A PAPER THIN MATT HER LEGS WERE TOO LONG FOR! (Next to an outlet at that) There were employees, and other kids stepping over her passing through the door ways. And again. This was in the LOBBY WERE AS I SAID ABOVE THEY LET JUST ANYONE INTO!! I just moved to the area and I went to a few different learning schools and they didn't have room for my 3 year old except Grace so I decided to take my 1 and 3 year old there. I didn't really want to take them there due to the school looking dirty and the back area where the kids eat, the floor being so sticky my flip flop got stuck to the floor. My 3 year old would come home with her shoes on backwards! Why weren't the "teachers" paying attention? My one year olds class always smelled like poop. A few occasions my 1 year old had diaper rash like he sat in a wet diaper for awhile. They would bring home some work but all they did was color. I would pick up the kids at 4pm and my 3 year old's class would all be sitting at the table in the back and my 3 year old would have a piece of play doh in her hand like that was an activity. This is not a learning center but more like a babysitting service. Once availability opened up I moved on from this place. They have 30 kids with one maybe two teachers the kids don't get the attention and care they need. read more

My Kid started at Grace community school and within a couple of days came down with Bronchitis and an ear infection he had got at the school. When you go visit and do a walk-thru the place looks decent, But the staff treat you Great and bend over backwards so you can sign up and commit, Especially the Manager and the biggest problem Amy. My Kid is very active, Not used to playing with others as he is an only child and is at the stage where bites and hits. My Wife and I were Working hard to get him to stop behaving that way but it's hard, However he has been making progress, I figure from hearing from other parents with kids my age that it is the Age and he will outgrow it. We noticed the more he went to school the worst he got as far as behavior. Nevertheless, He went back to school after recovering and twice a week when we picked him up we had a "Big yellow Report" that he either Hit, Bit, Scratched, Pulled hair or threw a toy. I understand that he is a baby but he cannot hurt other kids, But this is a school and supposed to teach him not to do this. I felt they were signalling my son out and because he is "fire cracker" the teachers are marking him so that they administration would remove him from coming to school. Lately, He has been coming home and telling us that 1) Kids push him and he pushes back and he gets time out. 2) He has been telling us that the teachers "Pow pow in his booty" which means in adult terms the teacher spanks him in the butt, which clearly would leave no marks because of the pamper. It's a shame because he loves school and he gets all excited in the morning and happy, But we cannot have him being mis-treated and disrespected. Well We were told that if he had 1 more incident report he would be removed from Grace community school indefinately by Amy. No parent/teacher conference, No offer of help or ideas to stop the behavior just kicking him out. Should we even call these people teachers? They are not teaching anything, Calling the parent to report the problem and not doing anything about it. The teachers are un-trained and DO NOT Speak English, They all look angry and un-happy due to their minimum wage salaries. They want a cake job and do not like my son because he makes them work for their money and therefore wrote him up so many times that administration decided to Expel a 2 year old. They do not know how to handle a 2 year old and I know kids make up stories but My son is too small to make up 3 allegations against the teachers spanking him and students pushing him around. They claim to be religious yet prefer to kick a kid out of school than work to correct a problem with a 2 year old. This is ridiculous !!!!! Let's get to Amy the Manager She is Outrageous, SUPER FAKE !!!! She smiles and greets you and behind your back talks about your kid. She knows nothing of how to teach a child or work with a child and she knows nothing of what goes on in the classroom. She is quick to write a report and have a child expelled. She enjoys handing you Big Yellow Incident notices in front of other parents and making your kid seem like an Animal. These are the people teaching our kids? My question is if a child gets the curriculum is involved in every activity and does everything the way he should beyond his age but clearly needs alittle more attention why not give it to him and stay around him to ensure he learns not to do those things? They do not care what happens to these kids and their facilities are so dirty and beat up kids constantly gets sick. Teachers are supposed to Teach!!!!!! 2 year old Bite, This is not an unusual problem its a common one and we need to show them they cannot do that. This was a blessing in disguise for my family. I hope this helps any family before they get into this place and then find out that it's not all its hyped to me. Money collectors, every day there are children scattered at the reception having access to all kinds of people who come and go, they do not teach, they do not educate, they do not wake up, when you enroll your child they give you a beautiful schedule full of activity that your child is supposed to you will enjoy a different activity, reading, painting, snacking, praying, teaching, peeing, every 2 hours. But the schedule only works on paper, there's no time for anything, a lot of children for a little teacher, that's why he can't work on the baby's unfurling, my 2 and a half-year-old son spent months on that daycare, I didn't learn to pee, no he doesn't recognize the letter A, all he learned was to hit other children, something he had never done before. This school Fort Myers location In my opinion discriminates against handicapped children. I have a 4 year old who has cerebral palsy diplegia (low extremity) which means he walks with a walker for mobile assistance. My initial contact over the phone with the director I was told they really don't accept handicapped children. I called their hotline and was told that I could bring my child to visit the school to see how well he would fit. We were shown around one classroom and the park. My son navigated from room to room with no problem! Climbed the stairs to play at the park no problem! The director then told me he wouldn't fit at their school because "She was concerned how the other children would react to his condition and walker" I stated he's been at daycare since he was 6 weeks old and has had no issues. Then she say "We don't have enough staff to look after him if he may need help". She said "There are 30 kids to one teacher and they wouldn't be able to stop with other kids to help him" I said help with what? He goes to the bathroom, eat, sit, run, jump and play like every other child as she could see! I feel it was excuse after excuse just to say no. Children adapt to different things everyday in life and I feel I was being told my child handicapped condition is too much of a distraction for the other children at her school. Little do she know kids are better than adults when it comes to seeing other children that are disabled. They embrace them and help them. My son is a normal boy that's walks with a walker and has never experienced anything like this. I feel her saying it would be an issue for the other children was a cover up for it really being an issue for her. Again this my experience and my opinion! read more

My 2 year old daughter has just started here 3 weeks ago and I have no complains. We love the school the teachers and they are very involved and assist with potty training too!!! My 3 year old goes here and he LOVES it. He had never been to day care before so we looked into several and liked this one best because the class rooms are seperated, clean, and the playground is nice and well kept. They seem to really love the kids here. I do have 2 small complaints. #1 my son has been sick since the day he started it seems they only send kids home if the have a fever. My son had a rash all over so I took him to the ER he had Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease so I sent him to school on Friday to see if they called me. He did not have a fever but when you change his diaper you really see all the red bumps. Never got a call and was never mentioned. I was just kind of hoping they would say something to give me a little more faith in the sick screening process. failed. #2 there are some teachers who I would give a score of D on their English skills. This school is NASTY! I took my daughter there once because I had no babysitter for work and as soon as I picked her up and seen her classroom I asked Ms Amy to transfer me to the cape location to finish out the week I paid for.. First off there is no security there's a button that the person at the desk inside must push to open but it was basically worthless because during the rush of pickup and drop off time the door is constantly open and there is no security past that point at all open. Door to the back classrooms that parents go in and out as they please when they come in.. My daughters classroom was filthy! One of the only toys that she had to play with was a toy kitchen and it was so covered in dirt and nastiness I wouldn't touch it.. And the floors and sinks and walls and basically everything else in that place was just as disgusting.. The whole back classrooms and out in the play ground smelt like garbage literally.. When I dropped my daughter off there where 3 hardly speaking English ladies watching around 20 3 year Olds just sitting around talking to each other ignoring the kids and when I picked my daughter up that night they were doing the same thing.. Just letting the kids run around while they were chatting..they have a schedule they show you of all the daily activities they are suppose to do and when I asked my daughter she said they didn't do any of that stuff no craft no story time all they did was play.. I don't think they do anything with the kids but let them run around all day while they mediocre supervise them.. When I picked up my daughter she said she was hungry and that they threw her food away! And they wouldn't let her have her blanket that is her security blanket she carries around everywhere.. She was crying when I came to pick her up saying that they wouldn't give her her blanky.. When I gave her a bath when she came home the water in the tub was so cloudy and full of dirt.. First of all. Let me start by saying THOSE PHOTOS MUST HAVE BEEN STAGED! It is not maintained that way any longer. Go see for yourself. If your child is used to having it rough then maybe this school is for you. If your child is used to neglect, not being let to eat in the name of discipline -- them maybe this is the school for your child. If you let your child run all around with little-no supervision and go all day with a crusty, dirty face. OK Then maybe you'll just love this school. My child was left to sleep on the hard, dirty, pissy, vomitty floor with no sheet (that I DID provide). The mat that was provided for her was then picked up, NOT CLEANED, folded up and then put back. I was told she rolled off. OK put a pillow or a blanket under her head. There were several in her bag. She was left to silently cry in the middle of a room while I watched from a window. Did they not see her parent standing there? Her "monitors" were unable to communicate to us in English. How would they communicate with our children? The manager is VERY nice. It is my belief that she truly does want what is best for the children there. But they have so many children and I do not trust the staff. In the short time I was there I witnessed children standing on rickety tables, running all over the place unattended, children going to the bathroom together (WHICH IS A HUGE NONO!), and I could go on... really. School has a disgusting smell. Mrs Amy sits in the front all day. She buzzes the door without looking away from her computer to see who it is after visitor rings the bell. Basically she could let in a criminal and wouldn't know until it was too late. Mrs Amy pretends to be nice by speaking to everyone however as soon as you have a concern she gets downright nasty and disrespectful with you. The teachers seem very unhappy with their jobs. Everytime I ask questions to the teachers I'm always told "I don't know, I wasn't here at that time". I have only seen my child's "supposed teacher" only once even though I make sure to arrive after she is scheduled to begin teaching. I'm always told his "supposed teacher" is in another class. The entire teaching staff looks bored, depressed and frustrated. The nicest people you will probably meet are the cafeteria women. If you are a concerned parent that likes to know what your child is doing and how he or she interacts with other kids and staff you will NOT receive that at the Medical Lane Fort Myers location. However, if you are one of those neglectful, leave your child with anyone type of parent then this place is perfect for you and your child. Children roam free around this place. I have seen children scream at the top of their lungs while attempting to break out of classrooms. Some parents literally drop their children off and run because of the anticipated anxiety attack the child will have within 2 seconds after being dropped off. School is overcrowded and the playground is cheap and filthy. Teachers give dirty looks when discussing your child with you. Run fast all you GOOD parents. read more
