I had a hip replacement and I had booked her for my first appointment three days after the surgery. She carefully assessed me and designed a personal program to meet my needs. Sarah listened to what I had for goals and with her knowledge designed my first week of exercises to start me on that path. I had two more appointments with her and each time she re-assessed my progress and was able to personalize the exercises for me to get complete results. I have been to many physiotherapists over the years and Sarah is by far the very best. On my first check-up with my surgeon, he was ecstatic with my progress and wanted to know what I had done in the first four weeks of rehab. He too felt that I had excellent home physiotherapy in order to progress to such a degree so quickly.
