They left my mother in law filthy instead of cleaning her which was part of what they were hired to do!! They constantly complained about doing their job, one in particular would sit and read her book instead of working. She also would harass me when I would work from home or be waiting for extremely important personal calls and my DO NOT DISTURB sign was right in front of her face!! She would also complain when my mother in law would ask her to do something that was part of her job!!! They wouldn't show up for work, there was very, very little communication with them and with their office staff. They always came up with excuses for not sending someone when they, vary rarely answered their calls. Then flat out deliberately lied, saying things happened which NEVER happened!! What ever you do, DO NOT use them, nor trust your loved ones care to them!! Many other things happened which were all negative but hopefully you can see what we had to deal with!!
